16/6/2024 19:17 | SDRY going down | robertbarns1
16/6/2024 19:13 | i can confirm than nobody still holds seizable shorts as they sold out friday thats why it rose 100% its game over for the longs now .... they are desperate lol | robertbarns1
16/6/2024 19:00 | Anybody thinking that SDRY raising £8 Million (net of expenses) will solve all the problems is deluded. The shares are being DELISTED because Superdry can't afford the Stock Exchange listing fees. The expensive shop leases haven't disappeared and £8 Million won't even clear the Superdry bank borrowings. As for all you ADVFN share ramping clowns posting "this will rise and then be worth X or Y or Z tomorrow morning" .................... ENJOY YOUR FINANCIAL LOSSES AND YOUR DELISTED SHARES. | sellhighandbuylow
16/6/2024 18:26 | 3p soon as its going be delisted | robertbarns1
16/6/2024 17:48 | Might not be insolvent for next 6 months or so but the real problem is it can’t sell anything and that isn’t changing anytime soon. Good luck gamblers. | dil 21
16/6/2024 15:10 | Course they are, also they will have to buy back as you can't sell shares OTC when you don't hold any, There's a lot of shorts to be closed that's for sure.sp should rocket this week imo. | deltalo
16/6/2024 14:32 | These derampers are shorts that are going to get burned in the morning. They keep saying insolvent, administration blah blah but FACT - SUPERDRY IS NOT IN ADMINISTRATION ANYMORE AND SHAREHOLDERS HAVE APPROVED THE RESCUE PLAN Keep the noise coming derampers. Love it and can't wait for the open | genierub
16/6/2024 13:34 | placing of 10m was done at 1p | robertbarns1
16/6/2024 12:01 | But thats the whole reason it rose on Friday. It's not practically insolvent anymore. Dunkerton has played this blinging well (although he should be in prison for what he's done) but he will now own 75 percent of the business - obviously his plan all along. He's just invested 10 million and is on record saying I'm going to throw aot more at it to ensure it survival. This is not going into insolvency now. It will delist. But he knows most pi's won't hold into delist (as is normal). He will buy as much stock as there is out there. And increase his holding and hence ownership percentage. Then post delist he consolidates the shares 10/1. Wiping out any tiny holders left. He's ruthless, he should be in prison. But there is a short squeeze coming Monday as this rises. Priced to fail and now it's not failing. No ramp. Facts. Redx dropped to 4p (I know, I bought it) but I sold to soon with a bag. I won't make the same mistake here. I got in Friday @ 5.6 | rayte
16/6/2024 10:40 | That has to be one of the WORST ever attempts at a share ramp on ADVFN !!! The business is technically insolvent, the shares are being delisted and the FAILED share rampers are so far underwater, they need scuba gear !!! | ukneonboy
16/6/2024 07:07 | SDRY 500p to 40p onn administration rumours 40p to 5p on administration hitting up Currently 8p and confirmed it's not going into administration. This will go to about 40-50p first. There's no stopping it given the facts. Delisting date is July which means a full month of trading that may influence a decision not to delist Explosive week coming. | eyeofthetiger
15/6/2024 19:20 | Exactly i have no desire to hold up to 12/07See where it goes to next week. But without being greedy id say someone up to 30p could be doable certainly alot higher than current | professoraim
15/6/2024 17:32 | It's net £8m. Costs are £2m. How does the "OTC anytime" work? I thought it was going to be a matched bargain facility through JP Jenkins. i.e there has to be a willing counterparty. Take a look at the unlisted companies they deal and the number of trade reports. There's not a lot of liquidity. Also bear in mind that presumably any matched bargain facility could be withdrawn at a future date. It happens. I somehow doubt many of those talking about it now will actually be holding shares at close on 11 July! | typo56
15/6/2024 15:05 | Yeah and dropped from over 30-40p in April because of the risk of it going bankrupt, now we all know it's been given a rescue turnaround plan of 10m with the backing from us shareholders, I can hold my shares and in time if I like sell OTC anytime. Mkcap values the company atm of 4m, no brainer here that it will multi multi bag from down here, Superdry clothing is just what we all need with our horrible British weather. Should fly off the bloody shelfs, Miss my camouflage jacket, excellent quality I must say. I do like this company and it's now here to stay. Atb. | deltalo
15/6/2024 14:33 | we all allready risen from 2.5p this week to 8p | robertbarns1
15/6/2024 13:08 | Redx was 20p announced delist then dropped to 5p before shooting to near 30p before delisting | professoraim
15/6/2024 13:05 | Short term this week will see it rise how high who knows. When the time comes near delisting is when the price may come downFro Here there is a large gap to 30p so Can go anywhere Shorts will be closing further fueling the rise | professoraim
15/6/2024 11:21 | Shareholders still own shares after a delisting, they can sell after a delist OTC so shareholders have the chance to make huge profits before and after, I don't know if shorts can buy back or not as they don't actually hold shares so do they get whipped out, Anyway it's a win win now for shareholders. Big rises coming this week imo. | deltalo
15/6/2024 10:42 | Normally, a company, once delisted, won't want a huge army of micro shareholders, but rather a handful of major holders. The usual way to deal with this is through a carefully crafted share consolidation. For example, if there are 100M shares, they get consolidated for every 1M of shares you get given 1 share, and any uneven block or lesser blocks get repurchased at a compulsory price per share. Since the company is private, there's no longer regulatory protocol, and things become very opaque. So in my experience you get a good shafting in such a process. | my retirement fund

15/6/2024 09:21 | What happens to shares when a company gets delisted? Shares don’t disappear after a stock delisting, but this does change how and where shareholders can sell or buy them. Additionally, the share price may or may not be affected by a stock delisting. | malpenn2
