02/4/2019 17:11 | I really thought the market would like the return of Dunkerton Agree about big logos and tacky! All their sale stuff is like that so surely that should tell them something! | ![]() gswredland
02/4/2019 16:12 | money - Thanks for your feed-back - Message received re share price - Jury out - be cautious about getting back into the water or your toes may be nipped!! | ![]() pugugly
02/4/2019 16:01 | Kids clothing was a good idea if there was a recognition of the changing demographics and no way back - what age group have money to buy kids clothes? The current demographic. Yes it would have killed the brand for the old and target demographic but perhaps it’s a natural maturity? | moneygenxyz
02/4/2019 15:53 | As a 27 year old, I like the new the stuff, moving to sport was a hugely important step too. Gymshark has trounced them there tbf. Problem is, it’s quite expensive (without the discounts) and the big logos (Dunkertons style) are tacky. Asked people of a similar age at work and they don’t shop there anymore. We all agreed that demographic shifted from 15-25 to 35-50 very rapidly. Long since £4.50 but not sure now long term as I see Dunkerton a step backwards. Still undervalued in general. | moneygenxyz
02/4/2019 14:09 | Fat cats kicked out - Dunkerton back in - Major question - can he turn it round or is the style/cachet now passé - Anyone in the target age group able to comment - I must confess as personaly past "wear by date" I know IHAC. | ![]() pugugly
01/4/2019 08:50 | Yawn, long. Risk reward ratio to short the stock is poor. Bad news priced in and more. If it sinks 50% buy more. But it won’t. | moneygenxyz
01/4/2019 06:31 | EXPECT MORE BAD NEWS/POOR TRADING Hotaimstocks REMAINS A SHORT .. 250p - 325p target ..SELL OR SHORT imho IS A BOXING MATCH KO1 .. Save Superdry campaign could get ??? 🚩 | hotaimstocks
31/3/2019 19:19 | They have already told us in December expect more bad news back in December .. Super dry warns worse to come profits plunge .. Now the company are in a real mess as nothing being sold at full price & plenty of jackets & winter lines unsold , huge rents and divi could be cut with the next poor update ..the the " campaign set up to save Superdry " by Dunkerton not helping .. More pain & I will add to my short .. STRONG SELL .. could see this this 300p within 5/6 weeks .. Was 2.57p low back in the day lol | jamesto2
27/3/2019 19:03 | Wow Superdry is an aspirational brand up there among the clouds for Ipswich. If that's the perception there might be some luxury pricing power lol | ![]() j0sekl
27/3/2019 13:28 | This is worth a read. Gave me a laugh (even though I hold SDRY). New Superdry store in Ipswich. ‘I’m surprised they are opening one here’ – Ipswich shoppers’ verdict on new Superdry store | mr_spock
18/3/2019 14:17 | At odds with glassdoor views though which isn’t censored. It’s all very highly emotive. Think there is probably merit on both sides of view but ultimately, it has to be one or the other. Both together would be toxic position for the company. Not sure which way the market would prefer?? Any thoughts? | moneygenxyz
16/3/2019 16:23 | Interesting comments on this site from current & ex employees hxxps://www.savesupe Page 93 of the company's annual report shows that Sutherland in 2018 earned more than 5 times the amount Dunkerton earned in 2015 as his last year as CEO hxxps://www.savesupe And what has the share price done since December 2017 ? The 29% of the shares held by Dunkerton/Holder is significant skin in the game | ![]() ianguerin
01/3/2019 20:34 | hxxp://www.cityam.co JD has called the shareholders meeting. Chance of success? I think the current team have the right ideas, but poor execution and no brand awareness. They are killing the brand. | karadas09

17/2/2019 05:02 | Can you show your working on how you got to 290? The stock is cheap at x8 P/E after the drop, so earnings reduction has been considered. The company remains profitable and is a grower of cash flow. I am also encouraged that they have tried to pay special divs when possible which demonstrates their care and concerns to making this work. I am undecided about whether they should complicate the product mix with more seasonal ware. I don't believe they necessarily have the fashion experience in new lines and this affects the simplicity of their inventory model. | ![]() j0sekl |
