I'm trying to get info from Charah solutions regarding this btw. They seem to have the best ones with latest tech.

Ie the "fixed" processing facility for pozzolan. I'm trying to get costings on that at present. Will update shortly...

From presentation. You've still an off-site grinding facility to build although a makeshift mobile one in use which rented. I guess really for trials..."Pozzolan:Low Capital Cost Start up Option - Sell run of mine ore to cement companies (e.g. commercial trial now completed).? Low risk, lower cost but lower value product.Investment Option – Build a grinding facility (off site) to produce a fine ground pozzolan for sale to the cement andready-mix concrete markets.? Require capital investment (under evaluation) for higher value product with larger market."

Boral hoping to start their production shortly I think Pete. Its a pdf so can't paste here but if you Google Kirkland mining update you'll find the PDF half way down the page." Following site preparation, a light manufacturing facility that will include dryers and grinding equipment will be built at the site."So they still not there yet. I guess site preparation takes a while.

I said through the roof too often there for one sentence.

The demand for Pozzolan is about to go through the roof to be fair, the cost of fly ash replacements are going through the roof.

Biden's win will increase that as he is going to push the green agenda pretty strongly.

Not really about the volume Loot it's more the demand and I think will be tricky enough. I think maybe folk overestimating the demand for it but we shall see..

I appreciate the highest value is in expanded perlite but the sheer volume of pozzalan is worth a lot and it's cheaper in Capex terms to start extracting.

I'm also keen to get an update on the pozz situation - ur right that perlite is where the ££ is however if we can shift the pozz that would be ideal for covering costs - what do we think?

Afternoon, yeh strange post on lse re major shareholders - doesn't really tell us anything given it's just custodian accounts not the actual holders - anyway, on the perlite plant I would be looking at build, testing complete and producing with 8 months with a fair wind - the plant itself I don't think is massively complex so that should help... - how long did it take Kirkland do we know?

A question...On assumption of Sres own Perlite plant. What time line to get it built do you think?

What is interesting is this...Expanded Perlite average $350/t >$850/t for filter grade. (GROSS) So IF Imerys indeed has taken a FIRST (imv) sample (they are the filter guys) then it would be well worth doing it properly. I would imagine though it will take some time and they will want due diligence done over a large cross section including Jackson Wash I should think..

SML btw only has 1.7bil shares & Sres already 3.7bil so my 5bil prediction could be a little undercooked but am taking a substantial chance for a decent JV into account. 50/50 would be good because would minimise dilution and 5-6bil shares would be acceptable for processed perlite income down the road (That's a good two years away though imv) Also SML had much less when it peaked. Nearly a 12mil MC here already. We expecting more than a mil worth (NET) of contracts for phase 1? We really have no idea at present..but certainly going by presentation and estimated figures...they just didn't mention the net lol

The share holdings are the number of shares held by different brokers allocations consequently owned by PIs. No idea what Youn is trying to say on LSE. LolFor me this is all about perlite now. Did a few calcs over weekend and the sooner he raises money the better. Get it done - maybe 5bil shares in issue which not obscene and move forward...

1p would do me, I am not greedy. I got in at .16 and have just under 20m shares so that would be very nice.

2p would obviously be better, let's go somewhere in the middle lol.

I have indeed been here a long time - essentially since the start - was always a punt. I should have of course sold into the spike to 6p years ago but alas I still had a fair amount of naievty in terms of exploration companies! - A lesson learned.

None the less I held on and added once CS project really became a focus i) in order to average down since we had been diluted so much and 2) as it clearly had potential to delivery into production and thus become a genuine money maker.

I do find you posts informative and a good counter weight to the cheerleading (as much as its nice to dream of SPs of 5-8p) - its important to have balance.

In terms of IIs - thats an interesting point - PC has in the past noted that he has been approached by private equity however I suspect that the deal on offer would be poor - PE companys certainly dont have a good reputation in areas like this - they are more vulture like.

Clearly in the uncertain environment II may be risk averse - really depends how aggressive they want to be - PC does have good contacts in the city and has a good reputation as far as im aware however IIs are clearly waiting for the same thing we are - Offtakes and financials.

On the plus side - PC has positioned the company well in terms of the market awareness - hes got us a seat at the table with industry bodies and we have exactly the right people advising us. We will get offtakes, I think the challenge will be our ability to ramp up quick enough - to make it profitable
eally attractive I think he would have to do better than 20k in year 1 for perlite.

Pozzolan we have heard less about which is interesting - I'd like to see offtakes here that simplisticly could cover costs at least - but im concerned there isnt as much of a market currently as assumed - even despite coal power station shutdowns. We'll see.

Finance wise I was holding out hope of a debt offering backed by agreed offtakes - however im not sure on the terms that would be offered - i.e. the interest rate, on one hand should be relatively low given economic envionment however would certainly command a premium given our minnow status. Dont know if its a feasible option.

That of course leaves JV and large dilution - 50/50 seems reasonable and may be more achievable.....

So, what does all this mean for share price - a number of options however Im very confident that we are in good shape - The share price will certainly increase over the next 6 months IMO - and I actually think that we could spike towards 1pm DecJan upon receipt of good Gold results - however this will be a spike im more interested in sustainable rise. I think worst case we are looking at 1p over next 12 months. - 2p is achieveable dependent on fundingmarket conditions which of course are uncertain...
