06/11/2020 18:11 | Asti time ere..just because it's Friday. Have a cracker & well timed on the slice. | theaviator
06/11/2020 16:11 | Might just open the Babycham, with a glazed cherry. | bobby.ifa
06/11/2020 15:41 | Will take a little look Bobby. A few casks? Lol | theaviator
06/11/2020 15:21 | Sold half mine yesterday & bought some EMH, rumour of Tesla circulating. | bobby.ifa
06/11/2020 15:10 | 1p would do me, I am not greedy. I got in at .16 and have just under 20m shares so that would be very nice.
2p would obviously be better, let's go somewhere in the middle lol. | loot2309
06/11/2020 14:20 | What an absolute gem of a gentleman you are Pete. I wish you the very best of luck and your input v much appreciated - someone at last along with Jon and Loot to bounce some level ideas and questions off.Enjoy your weekend. | theaviator
06/11/2020 13:58 | I have indeed been here a long time - essentially since the start - was always a punt. I should have of course sold into the spike to 6p years ago but alas I still had a fair amount of naievty in terms of exploration companies! - A lesson learned.
None the less I held on and added once CS project really became a focus i) in order to average down since we had been diluted so much and 2) as it clearly had potential to delivery into production and thus become a genuine money maker.
I do find you posts informative and a good counter weight to the cheerleading (as much as its nice to dream of SPs of 5-8p) - its important to have balance.
In terms of IIs - thats an interesting point - PC has in the past noted that he has been approached by private equity however I suspect that the deal on offer would be poor - PE companys certainly dont have a good reputation in areas like this - they are more vulture like.
Clearly in the uncertain environment II may be risk averse - really depends how aggressive they want to be - PC does have good contacts in the city and has a good reputation as far as im aware however IIs are clearly waiting for the same thing we are - Offtakes and financials.
On the plus side - PC has positioned the company well in terms of the market awareness - hes got us a seat at the table with industry bodies and we have exactly the right people advising us. We will get offtakes, I think the challenge will be our ability to ramp up quick enough - to make it profitable
eally attractive I think he would have to do better than 20k in year 1 for perlite.
Pozzolan we have heard less about which is interesting - I'd like to see offtakes here that simplisticly could cover costs at least - but im concerned there isnt as much of a market currently as assumed - even despite coal power station shutdowns. We'll see.
Finance wise I was holding out hope of a debt offering backed by agreed offtakes - however im not sure on the terms that would be offered - i.e. the interest rate, on one hand should be relatively low given economic envionment however would certainly command a premium given our minnow status. Dont know if its a feasible option.
That of course leaves JV and large dilution - 50/50 seems reasonable and may be more achievable.....
So, what does all this mean for share price - a number of options however Im very confident that we are in good shape - The share price will certainly increase over the next 6 months IMO - and I actually think that we could spike towards 1pm DecJan upon receipt of good Gold results - however this will be a spike im more interested in sustainable rise. I think worst case we are looking at 1p over next 12 months. - 2p is achieveable dependent on fundingmarket conditions which of course are uncertain... | pistolpete100
06/11/2020 01:01 | You were here in Sunrise Diamond days I think?! | theaviator
06/11/2020 00:52 | Kodal is the concerning model and PCs reticence to openly talk finance....Why NO Tr1s? No II involvement yet...? | theaviator
06/11/2020 00:49 | Pete exactly my question. How much? What are your thoughts? Interested because you seem v reasonable and level. I want to see Perlite on full throttle. IF no dilution (highly unlikely it seems now) I think 5p would be comfortable if the other zones are all proven up and at max production. On right news a few years down the line (realistically it will be) who knows where it could go from there. My concern and again interested in your thoughts are the first route contracts....? My estimate on what we know would be no more than 800k USD - that won't cover bills. Gold silver - forget that. Don't like it. | theaviator
06/11/2020 00:38 | And what was your valuation in such a circumstance out of interest?Millers obviously not suitable - if it were we would certainly knowJV defo way to go - but can't see a "no dilution" scenario - question is by how much?? | pistolpete100
06/11/2020 00:15 | Twiggy, I was invested here (pretty heavily too) when "rerate" mentioned on interview....then placings. It rerated alright but South! | theaviator
06/11/2020 00:13 | Hope that answers your questions Twiggy. IF no more dilution and it's a big IF (unknown at present but a probable dilution imv) and a plant is funded by JV and built and he is selling max Perlite then I still stand by valuation. Look what has happened to Kodal!!Try not to take out of context because I changed my mind because of what has happened since please. ;) | theaviator
06/11/2020 00:06 | For Twiggy LSE...Because smoke and mirrors re metals tbh I didn't like that at all. Also no detailed finance stated as of yet and he then went in interview stating openly more money for mining will be required. Simples..... | theaviator
05/11/2020 23:49 | Trading is much more fun tbh Otherwise you end up with a string vest and a knackered ol second hand Aston. I much prefer new ones. Lambo Urus a v nice machine tbh. May post from that tomorrow. Let's see....LOL | theaviator
05/11/2020 23:46 | Funny now how they all were invested in SML.lol I traded it on the Parson's nose. Only Kev the Rev on lse will get that. | theaviator
05/11/2020 23:40 | Am also interested to see these incredible gold results. If we get between 18g/t - 22g/t I'll ask Mammy for some money and put a couple hundred inLOLLLLL | theaviator
05/11/2020 23:33 | Then money needed before digging as PC stated. How much money lol? That's some cash burn isn't it. A mil would be spent by then???! | theaviator
05/11/2020 23:27 | Let's see who is right........ So if a JV was 50/50 say - only 7millionish needed to build a plant yeah? Shame no more word about Millers. Ask Rod about Mothballs.......he seems to be the expert. | theaviator
05/11/2020 23:23 | Brunspade, the embarrassment for you is I got it to the decimal!! You see the idea is to mention it before it happens you know? Not like you ramping then dumping 14mil shares as you did two years ago on the ramp. My views are like Loot, Pistol Pete and a few others am afraid.... finance route needed clarified in great detail. I'm aware of the statement of the first route not being enough you see. Done my research.I go by rnss not pumpers on twitter and Irish Dave on lse. A lot of samples to be taken on the whole cross section acreage I should think... | theaviator
05/11/2020 23:06 | Rod, what's particularly amusing is how you claim to know so much but in reality so little. Scottish Rab C?.... Burp! DB7....Sidecar for Brunspade?! LOLLLLTen years locked into one share Btw none of your other carp below re other shares true either. V random.A while before any deals contrary to Spade I I I mean Irish Dave 8p prediction and 1p.mext week...hahahahaha | theaviator
