Obviously this does not take into consideration the mobile crusher and contract raw ore mining but I'm quite confident Patrick and most investors are aware this will hardly pay the bills.

Ps Jane's point may actually very apt for us. It's a good one.

Regarding Jane's point. We know from previous presentation that the demand isn't great for the "first option" don't we???! So Jane is saying there is no rush for the product or Boral to built plant? If that were the case why invest at all then?! LolI disagree because good quality perlite is actually in reasonable demand but there are alot of steps in building a processing plant which is why it has taken Boral over a year from permitting to even get started which again brings me back to timeline....Am afraid it's not a case of "come on aviator" it's a case of reading what is on the page not what you want to be there.

I appreciate what you are saying but its a big leap to suddenly decide they won't be mining until 2022. There could be many reasons why he isn't shouting things from the rooftops. And Jane makes a very valid point about Boral.

Well put it this way Loot, if you were a CEO and your company being cash flow positive with mining imminent wouldn't you be shouting it from the rooftops?! Sure as hell I would. To be completely fair to Patrick he seems to have said it how it is, which am fine about and tbh I expected this... As ever dyor and only my opinion

Come on Aviator you have absolutely no idea that it will be 2022 and Jane makes a perfectly good point that you haven't really addressed.

Oh for sure no rush Jane. Nor will there be here I can assure you. ;)

The point is that boral are in no rush as they have fly ash contracts that will run out when the power plants close.

I think it will be Q4 next year at the earliest here but more likely 2022 before any ground is dug. It would allow enough time for him to trial a much larger cross section with a view to sell including New Perl. With all things being considered Jane, I believe a sale would perhaps be the more appropriate route for a small company like Sunrise. Whilst I would like to see a JV and phase 2 I also realise what this would likely mean for investors.

Kirkland probably isn't producing because boral have the project under their belt but also have contracts for fly ash. Why use up a resource that you fully own when that will remain long after you've used other resources

They seem to be wondering LSE why timelines have been moved. Well Kirkland still haven't "produced" anything. Takes some time and a lot to do.Yes Pete here is hoping...

The core point you make I agree with fully, the good news is that the next material update on CS should tell us which way the wind is blowing and t hug at update really shouldn't he far away....

Maybe it is actually best he just flogs it to Boral.

Pete it should all be centred around becoming cash flow positive. It's just waffle and endless dilution it seems in sight because he knows no contact from phase one will be large enough. (As per presentation) I outlined the profits from this route before and it's pittance. It's again the costs re silver. Years and years to organise it. So I hope he just gets on with doing something with this and not another useless project shelved. Look at the fluorspar disaster on sister. I wasn't impressed at all.Get on with finance PC be it via means of JV or equity raise get the perlite plant sorted and returns to investors. This waffle puts not only myself off but other investors I know from parting with hard earned. Including Paul Johnson. It seems there are no the ahead here before anything worthwhile happening. That's my take.

Should also add that the report is explicit in referencing other funding means for CS - thats encouraging...

Well yes - until we start mining and have contracts agreed equity funding will always be required, that's not news - PC has said as much previously - what I don't agree with is the view that he's keeping the company under wraps - that just doesn't make any sense - in addition, in the market place they are operating. In they are absolutely well know - certainly well known enough to attract offers if another company wished to

Hornygoatweed on LSE gets it.."Another issue is that the rns says the company is dependent on equity fundraising."

Marty, quick question if you don't mind seeing it's your field. What kind of costs are we talking should Clayton be commercial enough? Thanks in advance.

Hi Pete, I don't want to see him sell out for 4dollars a ton spuffing proceeds against wall on metals. I want to see this developed fully. People will probably laugh and mock me again lol but bring in Purina or a multi billion corporation (which they are)...do this as a commited JV. If even I knew ok 14mil dilution but this is what's clearly the path Id have no question. Never say never....My money sitting waiting to be invested. Come on Patrick tempt us....

It even stated it in presentation didn't it. Phase 2 with perlite processing plant is what I'm interested in so let's hope one of these trialists come onboard. Regarding metals - he can forget it because of the expense to bring to fruition. Unless it's world class it's a waste of time.

So do I Marty - not in question but finance is because I don't forsee phase 1 contract mining covering more than bills! Please feel free to tell me I'm wrong.

I was a geologist myself and I have been in this stock from day 1 and for me (like TYM) has been a series of optimistic projects akin to Patrick's hobby that have always promised so much but failed at some hurdle. However, I believe on this occasion it will go into production, provide a successful income stream and the share price will significantly increase during 2021.
