And you really shouldn't hate me. I pay your benefits! |
![](https://images.advfn.com/static/default-user.png) As I predicted, the tuning fork is back, repeating his abject guff. One has to put his musings into the google translation service to even begin to grasp what he is attempting to convey.
I must confess to having a jolly good chuckle at his attempt to correct one spelling error within a paragraph that had a dozen spelling/grammatical errors!
He now suggests that my previous prediction of sres eventually going to the wall is correct but by his own admission he prefers to lose all his money than salvage the remnants. One for a psychiatric view I guess…
Finally, as regards his view that he would sue me for alleged defamation were he to know my identity, that too is a mistaken interpretation of the law (poor tuning fork always gets it wrong). You see, he can ascertain my identity by way of a Norwich Pharmacal order in the event he had reasonable grounds so to do (clue: he has no such basis). As it happens, he fails to realise that one cannot defame an anonymous pseudonym on a bulletin board (J Eady set this out in a judgement involving advfn bulletin board posters some 15 years ago) since a pseudonym is just that. In any event, even if one theoretically could, there is no basis in any of my posts for such an action.
Poor old tuning fork - he really is not very bright at all. Perhaps he should have disappeared like he suggested rather than reappering to confirm he is the fool we suspected him to be. |
Thanks Dave. Will be back to it soon too. Cold and crisp is fine.. needs it as been too much flu around and perhaps too temperate. Wishing you and family a great 2025! That goes out to all serious Sresers! |
Good that you are back Aviator have a good holiday, cold and wet here in Ireland. |
Hey piece of pork... Work this out.. If someone multibags on permit spike and goes back in with 3/4 of those profits and sitting 60% down with that. Are they at a loss or a profit?!I've made more than you pillak who is down gambling his "family" money.... Beggars belief! |
Pmsl re "dead cat bounce". My belly still aches from that one. You've no fking clue have you... Liquidity dear boy liquidity. Spend more time studying markets than reading Shakespeare, although he did leave a few clues ironically. Aim isn't the place to study either ;) |
Excuse my language Timothy. ;)I would fully concur with all you state Dave. |
PC needs to be open with investors and inform what the options are being discussed . Not next month now |
YasX read the original agreement check first agreed lump sum amount, why did they increase this after first round of drilling and also stake claims around our site.Tolsa will be back faster than you can sell your shares. |
If you read the RNS you will note there is no confirmation that Tolsa agreed to pay the 1.4M. There appears to be a hint that Tolsa are dismissive of the nature of the Sepiolite given the lack of correlation of grades between different holes. In other words, it may not be what they anticipated or hoped for and they therefore may not have come close to anything like the 1.4M sres wanted.
It has taken PC nearly three years to get this rejection from Tolsa. His rebuttal is that they spent more on the project than he did - but that is just nonsense of nil relevance and an indicator of a cheap parting shot given his disappointment.
Tolsa have walked and that is that - I opine that even if they were to return it would be at a fraction of what they previously agreed to subject to assessment/analysis ie 1.4M plus 3pc.
This project is dead for now unless Tolsa come back with a derisory offer. PC needs to try and sell some of the royalties attached the other projects and soon. |
Dave,
I would have welcomed 1.4M and given the royalty to Tolsa - I am fairly confident PC would have accepted the same. I think Tolsa simply declined to make an offer on those terms.
PC is not negotiating from a position of strength - you witnessed how the Co recently paid the 40k or so. This is not a Co that is in any position to recuse 1.4M.
You now aver a deal is immunent - it is not. That announcement is as bad as it could be for sres. |
YasX no deals in short or medium term, you could get a big suprise very soon.Tell me would you have been happy if P.C.had take lump sum and dropped the 3% royalty for a deal, without knowing what we have.If he needed a deal that quick he would have taken it. |
To try and compare RE with sres is meaningless. It is palpably absurd since there are no similarities.
There are no deals on the horizon in the short term. It is likely tgere are no deals of any significance in the medium term.
I reckon a going concern statement in the next set of results. Time will tell. |
YasX keep selling better some back in the bank.About market function remember Rolls Royce under £1 now over £5 assets were still in place when down at £1,same will happen with sres when deals come. |
Dave,
It is clear you do not know how markets function - try selling this illiquid Co if you hold a reasonable line- it is virtually impossible at anywhere near the bid. However, on the family account we did manage to offload a few million or so but nothing substantial but was surprised that could even get that away at 0.03 or more. For me this was only a modest short term punt and never an investment for reasons I set out previously from 0.25p all the way down. |
YasX if you think that bail out.We have enough funds at present,P.C. Is not in a panic mode.Just let things settle for a while, picture will become clear.Your reaction is what Tolsa are looking for,Tolsa are not walking they are still in game, but with others now. |
![](https://images.advfn.com/static/default-user.png) Barnaby,
Your drivel can be summarised as follows: PC is a nice chap.
Well, I do not know him personally but he might well be a nice chap but so what? It is irrelevant to sres so it is baffling why you and the vibrating tuning fork keep plugging that point. A better aspect for you to consider is what tangible value has PC delivered to holders in all the years he has been at the helm of this Co?
There is a reason the shares sit where they do. Being a nice guy does not help matters as evidenced by the past decade. The astrology ‘star gazing spin the wheel I can’t write or spell but we have been here for years little boy’ seminars from Alienator are similarly of no use to sres either.
The bottom line is this- PC needs to sell some asset and/or royalties in the very short term to keep this thing going since raising funds by any other mechanism (even if that were possible) would be to the detriment of current holders. The question is what can he sell and for what price. All the projects are nascent in nature and based on his handling of the Tolsa negotiations it does not bode well. |
Dave,
PC does not have the funds to sit back patiently and allow things to unfold - it might have escaped your mind but he has explo commitments he has made on other projects held by the Co. There is not a magic money tree from which the funds will fall.
Tolsa walking is a disaster for sres - anyone suggesting otherwise is either unrealistic or unwilling to accept the inevitable demise of the Co. |
Tolsa site at present is jointly owned 50% each with 3% royalty over whole site.If we are entitled any results & samples from Tolsa half as per rns good.Tolsa could end up with half a cake and still end up paying 3% on extraction. We need more info.I say Tolsa will not let this site out of control, mileage still left in this.P.C, should not approach Tolsa again let them come back,Just like our pozzolan site original cement co back at table again.P.C. Been in this game long enough and will see them give way a little, then the deals will flow. |
Sorry to lose you Theaviator. I've been here too long I fear..... |
