Rns , no deal |
Wager,
As long as Tolda don’t pull out - a delay while they assess matters further is not a disaster by any stretch of the imagination, especially if a payment is given for any extension. |
It will be Monday now. But entirely agree YASx. More extensions or delays however you view it |
A deal seems unlikely at this stage - but if, as was done this time last year, the Co were to receive another six figure payment for an extension, coupled with an increase in the value of the sale on any deal being concluded to say 1.5M against the current 1.4M, that to me would be acceptable at this point - it is slightly disappointing that no deal has been concluded by the deadline but Tolsa were undertaking further work on the project in the summer and although we did not receive formal results of the same, they have not announced an intention not to proceed so on balance it seems they are likely still interested but it may take a little longer.
We ought to get some clarity on the issue very shortly. |
PC holding back the TOLSA info till the 30th now. Will It be a happy new year!? |
Anyway - let's leave the speculation for a week or so...Merry Christmas in and all! |
lol - well I'm pretty sure he doesn't - however what he wants (and what I and many others want) and where the market is at are 2 potentially different things... - 1.86p puts us at circa MC of £100m including warrants etc... You think we are going from £2m to £100m with tolsa and CS deals?? |
.2 Pete. Lol. That’s bsg figure to bail. Do you really think pc wants out at .2 |
Yes I can certainly see that.. |
I think 0.2p if the wind is with us. |
1.86p barnaby? |
Thanks Dave as I’m now at 1.86 to exit. Once deals come in easily achievable. |
100x? TOTALLY Unrealistic I agree!!!! 10-20x realistic with right moves and deals being done and released in right order IF we get those Net Zero sheisters out of the way! |
Wager let us wait and see.Just add up the assets that we have. Two years ago a value of 0.70 was put on them. |
Irish I sadly can’t see this go from 0.03 - 3.00. That’s a 100 x increase from here. We would be seeing plenty of small £1000 buys if that was the case. All depends on getting deals done. PC could on previous experience arrange an agreement which won’t see any imminent value for us and just proof his company for his son in the future |
Barnaby would expect 2-3 pence once pozzolan sites are fully in production or sold.Tonnage is far greater than reported. |
I’m curious Dave, you said 8p then 2p plus . I agreed with that by with the amount of shares now in circulation what is your expectation now. I’m just curious |
From this level yes from higher average.... Hmmm he'd need to pull a blinder |
Barnaby he will get 10 bag easy.It is all coming together sometimes slow is better than fast. |
Pc avg is actually very high. He has bought when he thought low at .10 and around 2011 he was taking shares in lieu of salary at 5p. Pc never ever said deal done in June but a few twisted his words.
Read pc podcasts from 10 years ago and he’s not here just go get his money back. He wants a 10 bag min |
Barnaby.... Chimney sweep |
They have zero integrity towards shareholders and 1wager, yes PC was fully aware of my disapproval at the time. Don't you remember a few of us voting against certain resolutions as well whilst wanting to keep Patrick at the helm?!Yas, You should grateful for us oldies rather than hold others in contempt. That just shows what a piece of excrement you are though and I wouldn't lift your brun stuff on a shovel! You push your own buttons boy I'll push mine. |
