27/9/2017 13:59 | Gentle rise into Friday results. Should be good. | smallcapinvestor1
26/9/2017 12:46 | Very quiet on here given the results are due, and that the business seems unusually cheap. One would think that the board have all but given up on trying to raise the market value of this company? | lefrene
19/9/2017 10:09 | STY getting a piece of the action here as they expand, build, extend and re-fit new stores. EXCELLENT! (new one opended up near me recently, opening day was like a black friday event!) | kmann
13/9/2017 14:14 | This is still, the last of my share portfolio I would sell More than happy to hold. Regards , Moneybags, IOM | moneybags
13/9/2017 13:41 | It does look cheap, perhaps just a small divi might put this higher on the radar of small company funds? A scrip issue to make this more liquid wouldn't go amiss either. | lefrene
13/9/2017 07:44 | Yes £4 next stop on the charts but still very cheap even there | nw99
13/9/2017 07:43 | £4 next stop gla | qs99
13/9/2017 07:25 | well looks like people buying in ahead of results GLA | qs99
13/9/2017 05:49 | Based on eps of 54.4p for the current year, with 60.9p and 67.2p forecast for the following two years, the shares are outstandingly cheap on a PE of 5.8 dropping to 4.7 in two years. | nw99
12/9/2017 21:47 | Google, what do they do again? Looking for a healthy outlook statement to accompany some glorious interims. £5+ imo. Chart starting to turn up on increased buying volume. | kmann
12/9/2017 15:59 | Worked a treat Trigger Blade, perhaps they should roll it out again tomorrow :¬) | lefrene

12/9/2017 06:52 | Interims on 29 September 2017. Just announced. | kmann
07/9/2017 10:08 | its registered on google finance and should be on yahoo too. Last year was 23rd. No negative news from STY over the past year, all positive, so should do well from here. A Quality company that can deliver and make profit in this sector.is refreshing, and should be valued a lot higher. So should go from strength to strength. Should take the market by susrprise imo. I think these can double from here. | kmann
07/9/2017 07:47 | Thanks kMann - where did you find the info about the earnings release please? | gleach23
07/9/2017 07:14 | Half Year 2017 Styles and Wood Group PLC Earnings Release Sep 18, 2017 All will be revealed. Expecting some strong numbers and pipeline of contracts to exceed expectations. starting to attract attention now with some buying . Looking for +500p | kmann
01/9/2017 15:00 | The market evidently underwhelmed today by STY being included in future chunky contracts. | lefrene
01/9/2017 12:43 | It isn't clear at all kazoom, without more info one can't glean anything useful other than relying on STY's previously declared (and followed), intention to only take on work where they can identify a minimum of worthwhile profit, which I believe was 7.5%, although they have bettered this more recently. It's good to know they are deemed good enough to be included in government projects. One hopes it leads to bigger things. I think this business looks cheap, but then I'm not on the inside with access to ALL the information. | lefrene
01/9/2017 11:11 | Perhaps I'm just been thick, but it's not totally clear to me how big this is for S&W, the article says : "The firms will deliver 16 pilot primary schools with further schemes expected up to a value of £95m." Not sure if that's just badly worded but it reads to me that £95m is the total value IF they get follow up contracts, not the value of the initial 16? Also what is S&W's cut of the total deal - I think S&W are doing the ground works etc plus bolting together the prefabs, whereas Caledonian are designing and manufacturing them - I've no idea what that would make the split of the deal. Any clues anyone? | kazoom
01/9/2017 10:58 | Getting this sort of contract from a government agency does underline, that STY is now seen as a sound operator trusted to deliver a quality product. | lefrene
01/9/2017 10:39 | lefrene me to. | 412069 |
