Oh and could someone ask about the status concerning the court case? The former CEO felt compelled/obliged to mention it in every RNS thus killing a share price increase. Now I believe it's no longer a concern as nothing is said about it. Is it no longer a concern or could it become a reason for the j/v to look at is as a possible liability (and an additional reason not to distribute cash)? Just wondering.

I have concerns. We're not being told what's happening in Turkey. Discussions, negotiatings, are not words that fits a j/v. Rules are being changed, not something requested by STI, so "dictated" by Bahar. Not treated like a partner but more like a nuisance. Money currently in a jurisdiction that not everybody would trust.
Like others are saying cash is burning away. CEO having plans to invest. Where will that money be coming from? Current cash? Don't hope so. New shares being issued? Don't like that.

Stratex do not refuse to reply to emails, you just have to know where to send them. Claire Bay is on leave currently, she usually responds forthwith. Bob has gone. My view is there will be more departures.

I have no concerns about the cash situation either, was assured by the new CEO costs will be kept well under control + they had £2.5m in the bank in July.

Once the negotiations with the JV partner have concluded a dividend from the mine will be paid. It could come sooner or later but I have no concerns.

Jim I would have gone but I'm out of the country next week but if I was to have attended I'd have asked - with all the money from Oksut spent on numerous assets which have nearly all since been written down at huge losses how will we survive 2017 with no income, a little left in the bank but high overheads rapidly diminishing it. It is a genuine concern that the company give no clear answers to and no guidance. I'd like to know why they now refuse to respond to email enquiries from investors too.

The only question I have is:

Will I be eating Goose, Turkey, Small Pidgeon or baked beans for Christmas?

For clarity:

2.5p = Goose

2.25p = Turkey

2.00p = Small Pidgeon

1.80p = Baked Beans

I will be at mines and money for a couple of days next week. I would encourage as many shareholders to attend as possible. The only question I have for them is when we will get firm news on Altintepe. Everything else is a sideshow imo.

It's a bind for the management having to attend the Mines and Money presentation. Interrupting their life of leisure. Also the odd shareholder asking pesky questions. Never mind, a Christmas sojourn beckons.

CC did you miss the last presentation, they said "when the mine becomes profitable" gold falling makes that less likely, not more.

You still hoarding silver ? I managed to sell all my lovely bars for a tidy profit a few months back but will probably dive back in when it settles lower.

steve - bring on $1000/oz I can't wait. There's still over $400/oz profit in it for Altintepe Madencelik and I would be a buyer of physical as well. :)

Gold going lower. They used to talk of $2000, but $1000 looks more likely
