The only way they will get to £1 per share is if they are thinking of consolidation 10,000 share into 1 share. Otherwise this is as bust as the nose is long on your face.

The company turned over £56k per month on which it lost £228k per month - at $1.27 to the £. They had CURRENT liabilities of £1.12m at the balance sheet date and current assets of £168k. They raised £1.24m post the BS date.

So: 1.24m + 0.168k -1.12m = £288k left to pay losses of £228k per month.

How many months before the coffers are empty again?

When is the fundraising?

That will be the real news.
