bid offer spread now .07 - .08p

If a placing is in the offing, I reckon it will be at .05p maximum, any other thoughts?

Another fall this morning, bookbuilding perhaps?

I think they will try and raise soon, I sincerely doubt they can reach year end without another fund raise.

detalo,

I predict there will be another fundraising here soon, what do you think?

0.05p is my best guess, hard to see it any higher personally.

deltalo, I did read the RNS. Do you disagree with any of the following?

The company turned over £56k per month on which it lost £228k per month - at $1.27 to the £. They had CURRENT liabilities of £1.12m at the balance sheet date and current assets of £168k. They raised £1.24m post the BS date.

So: 1.24m + 0.168k -1.12m = £288k left to pay losses of £228k per month.

How many months before the coffers are empty again?

I ask again - when is the next fundraising?

In your own time of course.

spiker,

Oh dear indeed, the bid is now 0.06p!

Placing coming perhaps?

if it is, at what price? 0.05p ?

Hard to see how it could be higher, possibly even lower it it has not already closed.

Andy, all drones fly... It's in their "nature"... Whether this company will or not, that's another story ;-)

Maybe ask Mr Verney on the other thread - he seems to have their ear I am informed.

Is there any truth that the people who run this company are lying cheating scumbags.

"Although NT to buy at times.. Why is that?"

letmepass,

No the allegations were that a poster was being paid to ramp AERO on ADVFN and the SE madhouse.

Do you think that is a correct thing to do?

Lure in posters by posting to make a bad story look good, what about the people that followed those posts, bought the stock, and subsequently lost their hard earned money as a result?

Is that OK?

zico,

I think the only problem is they will require another placing, or similar, and I think people have realised that.

At what price could they do it? 0.05p?

Even loans are dilutive as the usury drains money form the company, so I think they still have some tough times ahead.

They need some large contracts PDQ, don't you agree?
