Andy? Why are you lying again, If you care to check, The sector Aero are in is "Aerospace and defence"! Where do you lot get all your very much flawed information from?.
And Pottermagic, Where do you get far flung training facilities from? There is mention of two in the UK, Africa, Malaysia and the far east,
Aero are a worldwide company if you care to update yourselves and try to be a honest, instead of posting to suit your out of date hostile campaign which has been full of made up and unconvincing for a couple of months now.
Wishing everyone who is interested in further progress here and more than our group hopes for Aero, A happy and prosperous 2017.

Andy! You have said many times you only go from accounts over 6 months old, your latest rubbish is Aero are listed as industrial services! you Silly person, Are they? Read and get things right before you post as always advised!
Talking of not being balanced, Are you?, I think a little check of what is rather than what you lot make up will convince many there is no need to take anything you post as reliable.
2016 was a bad year up until the new management began, Since there has been progress with gains that should bring better fortune as we move on (well placed) in this fast growing sector worth billions over the next few years, Is this not so?

The need for funds is now, any new contracts awarded would surely need some upfront payment in order to be useful now?


They must be running on fumes, and around £375,000 of any new money raised will go to pay off the payday loan they recently took out. So, if they manage to raise £1,000,000,(a HUGE ask IMO), they need to repay that loan, plus costs and commissions, so, close to half will have already been spent, and that doesn't leave much to move along with until the next placing will be required.

This doesn't look good, IMO.

You needed to be clearer Andy... the "Sheet" is definitely not "balanced"... SA are running at a continuous, huge loss of £millions per period, with a hardcore nucleus of (acquired) GC Employees surviving on repeat Business involving familiar (not growing) income stream(s) with existing Customer(s) and no recent appetite from IIs to throw any more £s at the "sheet" that's very clearly tipped in favour of huge Debt.
None of that means SA might not secure some new, valuable, 'life-saving' Business sometime soon, nor that the arrangements with far-flung Educational Institutes might not position SA to provide skilled Resources to future Customers in new international Markets later this year... but, but, but....

No, because there isn't a "sector" for UAV's, or drones!

AERO come under "industrial services", and are the only UAV related company listed, to my knowledge.

The financial situation here currently looks dire, IMHO, and there is a repayment deadline looming, (although that can be extended by agreement of the parties), but the interest rate on that loan is very steep, so they will want to repay that ASAP.

Unless there is a corporate transaction, a discounted placing looks on the cards to me.

This news supports what I suggested will happen previously, that companies with large uses for drones will acquire their own drones and technology, rather than pay a contracting company to do it.

This is the flaw in the theory that because drone usage is set to escalate, companies such as AERO will soar in value.

If you own ooddles of wind turbines you can assemble your own equipment and team and do it yourself.

I was expecting an RNS saying that next year Santa Claus Inc. of Lapland is outsourcing worldwide present delivery to a fleet of drones operated by Strat Aero, using software designed by Geocurve.

Strat Aero will be training a legion of elves to fly the drones to FAA certified standards in 2,000 locations throughout the world.

The Company is also making an application for 3,428,571 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. These Ordinary Shares are being issued in respect of consulting fees accrued amounting to £12,000. It is expected that admission will occur, and dealings in the Consulting Shares will begin, at 8.00 a.m. on 28 November 2016 ("Admission"). These shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares.
