Current Directors have a good track record , but not for many a year, this will fly once they achieve however the market has no faith in them now ,worth a punt if it hits 20p

another company that shows how irrational the market can betrading below cash value with $110m with 220m shares in issue which make it $0.5/share = 30p/sharealso trading below nominal value of 40pthat's without even valuing in the facts below* a company with zero debt* a company that is producing oil* a company that is making revenue gross/net * they had their share of cost already paid by Genel for Somali license* they increased their share from 15% to 40% recently is Somali licenseam I missing something? do I get this all wrong?

results not that bad me think, thinkand liked this bit..The Company has sufficient cash resources for its working capital needs and its committed capital expenditure programme at least for the next 12 months. As a consequence, the Directors believe the Company is well placed to manage its business risks. The Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company and the Group have adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the results for the six months ended 30 June 2014.
