volume does appear low though considering people have received their divi's...clearly a mix of delays in the funds being credited and people having better things to do with the cash

although considering the ex-div price was 32p, everyone is already down the dividend :)

219mln shares = £6.57mln theoretically available to reinvest...or almost 20 million shares to purchase!

email to BoD...do they know the identity of the seller, rationale (assumed forced due to internal liquidity), proposed buying of seller's stock with dividend cash to close gap between current and 'realistic' enterprise valuation

don't ask, don't get philosophy :)

allowing for UK dividend tax rates, Mssrs del Ser and Crichton-Watt could purchase 3.5mln shares, not troubling the 30% rule which should hopefully clear out the seller :)

I've never had one on the morning of the payment day ever. Some will pay on credit and some will clear the night of the payment date, but many are days or in the case of barc, 5 working days.

SB, I complained about the time to clear dividends only last week. Some co's clear the same night.

Surely they should allow you to trade on credit up to the value of the dividend...it is their systems causing the delay, no?
