On inspection it seems like there were 7 x 750k trades today. I think that possibly 4 of them were buys and 3 of them sells which is why the price has not moved. The last buy was at 28.97 which I hope bodes well for next week. Clearly some big institutions are selling and buying. This will hopefully start to move up when they are done. Hopefully it will be soon !!

Fair volume traded today and the price has held up well. Sooner or later quality will win.

A very interesting trading day today, where the vast number of trades at 28p and below were sells, yet the bid price held remarkable firm. Several weeks ago, this scenario would have knocked 1-2p off the bid.

bid slowly, but surely creeping up....27.875 to 27.899 this morning

agree re co possible purchasing the stock for Treasury, large holders re-investing...do they not believe it is significantly undervalued at present to warrant buying stock to clear to overhang??

City of London IT PLC is paying a 2018 Q4 dividend of 4.75 p, making the total for the year of 18.6p; 6.2 times that of STCM 2018 dividend of 3p. This seems fantastic until you discover CoL IT share price is 15 times larger than STCM.

Time to buy, and keep doing so, maybe the next step should be a share buy back by the company as well as a dividend, certainly makes sense at some point in time
