The railway cement hopper wagons are a seperate thing and in many ways a business unto themselves, they were bought, brand new, for less than the cost of the metal alone at the height of the Eastern Ukraine crisis, an incredible deal,the VTB financing of these is only secured against the wagons, of course, not the plant, mines and infrastructure, in many ways they are self-financing over time, as otherwise the Group would have to lease/rent from KTZ, the State railway company, and in season such are in short supply and can be of not the best quality. So actually, the purchase and financing of the wagons is and has already saved money and they are, in many ways, paying for themselves.

In this part of the world, the company has to do this, and all major enterprises do what, in other countries, might be a railways business.

If you look at the KASE web-site the Bonds will be fully redeemed, today, and retired from cash so, in essence the Group is now debt-free.

Bond will be fully retired from free cash within this month, and a dividend declared in 2018 as the 31.12.17 FSs get audited and finished.

The company and business is grossly under-valued, the best such factory and mines in the entire CIS, with its own fleet of 350 wagons

Several funds wish to become shareholders and/or increase their holdings after a recent VTB investor conference in Russia, Bond will be redeemed in 4 weeks time from own cash, not more debt,and their will be a dividend after the close of this financial/calendar year's financial statements.

Actually the buy was after the tick upI was watching L2 at the time.However you can buy and sell plenty, liquidity is there Really spread is 17.1 / 18p
