Very reassuring RNS. If I didn't already have squadrillions of these, I'd be buying more. Crazily high yield on offer.

Even if you ignore the potential two payments within 9 months, the annual yield is 14.7% assuming they can sort out how to distribute it to shareholders.

Indeed crazy value on offer here

Topped up with 50k shrs, however seeing as there was around £70k being offered at 32.99 at the time, I will leave it there for now

Hope I don't live to regret it

assuming the tax issue is resolved in November as per rns we should be in line for a 5p + 5p, or 5p + 6p payout within the next 9 or 10 months for y/e 21 & 22, on a 34p share price!

Looks pretty solid at first glance. Could be a bigger dividend this year.

Strong first half and net cash increase. Mention of dividend as follows:

Pursuant to the announcement of the Company on 13 June 2022, the Company has reserved GBP11 million in cash (5p/share) for payment to shareholders through a dividend or alternative process such as a capital return, in respect of the results for the full year ended 31 December 2021. The approach to be taken on how to proceed with payment of this amount to shareholders in the most tax effective way remains under consideration, however, the Company anticipates an announcement regarding this distribution and its timing will be made in November.

Hopefully not long to wait now and possibility of a nice Xmas present.

At least there is an upward move today inspite of the Truss-Kwarteng comedy show.

£ looked to average about 585 Tenge last year and fairly similar for most of this, albeit volatile but it's dropped recently to 536 now - about a 9% fall. If the Kazahk cement market holds as well in H2 as H1, we might be looking at a 6p return to shareholders next year (payable goodness knows when)?

Did you get a reply from the company regarding the delay?

I was hoping it would be a quick one just saying it was an IT issue or auditing the data was taking longer than expected

Are you able to give a rough estimate of when news is likely to be released?

The delay is obviously frustrating but in answer to an earlier comment I have received a reply to my query and while not going into any detail, it was reassuring enough for me to be content to continue holding.

Market hates uncertainty so hopefully they will clarify soon.
