If the second quarter is as good as the first where cement sales were up 13% and revenue increased 22% i would imagine wilo is totally correct.Market update on the seventh should reveal all.record year could be on the cards here .GLA

We will get a market update for the first half, last year steppe sold@764000 tonnes at around 18000 tenge delivered, off the back of this update we should be able to make a educated guess of how good the interim results are going to be

Look at the RNS's for each of the last years after the AGM's, will follow the same pattern and templates.

Are we likely to get any sort of an update or a statement with the AGM other than all resolutions are passed ?

Coal price will have increased but if the plant has been running at capacity interim results should be good. With the oil price recovery one would have thought the tenge should appreciate or at least hold its own against the dollar now.Usually this share gets bashed at ex divendend date and results no matter how good they are.It will be interesting to see if it happens again this year.GLA

Average cement price was KZT18750 last year and so that is a nice increase that should mainly fall through to the bottom line. Little depreciation of the KZT this year also a positive.

Time to accumulate, especially if there is an ex-dividend dip, too.

kazakhstan record cement production may 2021,cement price increased to 20000-22000tenge per tonne, import ban on cement in place, whilst some were disappointed by the full year dividend the business should be performing well imho

Price could fall further so the yield of 8.5% is only if the price stays as it is .

Odd how I'm hearing everywhere that the cost of cement is rising, and yet this is heading south. Ho hum, someone will be right!

Aren't those last year's dates? Ex-dividends in London are on Thursdays.

Ex-Dividend Date 16 July
Record Date 17 July
Payment Date 31 July, but will be earlier

But for FX losses and Kz Tax and accounting issues the dividend would, indeed, have been much higher, as the cash is there.

The "definitely broken past 50p now" brigade, previously known as "at least 5p dividend, probably 6", have gone very quiet.

Twenty per cent drop from recent high negates the dividend but no doubt we will drop again on ex div.

Good time to buy, of course, last years' timetable as announced on 9 July 2020 after the AGM, which this year occurs on 7 July 2021 was:

Ex-Dividend Date 16 July 2020
Record Date 17 July 2020
Payment Date 31 July 2020
