If you ever want to know, if the MM has the stock he is selling , ask for guaranteed delivery, [when you buy.] He the MM can only do this under the LSE rules if he has the stock in hand at the time of the trade. Few know this rule.

At 14.07 a 20,000 buy went through, at 1.5p. Wins [the MM] then marked the stock DOWN, yes DOWN. Games they play.!!!!!!!!!!

SO WHY ARE THE MARKET MAKERS ONLY PREPARED TO SELL A FEW AND IF THEY HAVE THEM IS THIS ALLOWED........ANYBODY KNOW THE LAW.

We are of course expecting good news and the following announcement made some time ago confirms that SPIRITEL is doing extremely well and Penta have huge confidence in the company and its potential.

Accordingly 237,406,046 ordinary shares of 1p ("Ordinary Shares") have been
issued and allotted to Penta Fund 1 Limited Partnership and Penta Fund 1 share price
Limited Partnership. Following this issue together the Penta Funds' total
holding is 276,819,845 Ordinary Shares and represents approximately 49.99 per
cent. of the enlarged issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue has increased to 553,639,692 and it
is expected that these shares will be admitted to trading on 28 May 2008.

Commenting on the result of the EGM, Alastair Mills, Chief Executive said: "We
are delighted that Penta have completed this conversion demonstrating their
ongoing confidence in the Company. It is a testament to their faith in
Spiritel's business model and the immense progress the Company has made in
recent months. Not only this but it also saves the Company a substantial amount
in interest payments for the coming year."

If you cant buy any Spiritel how can the share price rise. Is it just me that cant buy or is everybody in the same boat. Market Makers keeping them all BUT THEY WILL BUY buy them of course. Something big is going to happen with this company. perhaps the company tha is in the the process of buying must be so good that it will be company making and of world class in making. WOW....WOW. So does anybody really know just what is happening

UP THE ANTE! MMs are busting their guts, on this one. Not many people have sold out.

Keep telling you they have no stock, but sold loads at 2p plus. They have been marking price down on BUYS, yes BUYS to try and fool punters into selling. Look at the buying a few weeks ago,since then MM bust a gut to get stock in. [They were helped by a few sellers taking profits.]

How come I cannot buy any Spiritel but can buy any amount in any other company, are market makers keeping stock waiting for news expected now. Anybody else noticed this.
Also strange that all stocks today have taken a battering yet Spirtel has shown an increase
MUST BE SOME VERY GOOD NEWS ARRIVING SHORTLY AND I THINK WE ALL KNOW THAT

Agreed that a significant announcement and good results will surely produce a re-rating on this stock.

Profiting - I'm pretty sure this is only traded on AIM. So, yes you're right that it doesn't take much to get it moving.

Still unnoticed by most. and I expect a significant re-rating once results come out later this month.

Doesn't take much to move this if my calculations are right only £20k of shares traded and moves 25% makes you think what might happen with more trades.Not sure how many traded on other market though?

Several purchases, over 500k bought in first 20 mins including a top-up of 100k for me. Could be a good day!?
