Any news on the AAU shares Zedder?

The GGP shares have appeared in my Barclays ISA.

On the Starvest website today:Starvest Plc – In Members' Voluntary Liquidation ("Starvest" or the "Company") Greatland Gold plc – Distribution In SpecieStarvest, the specialist mining and resources investment company, is pleased to provide an update on the Distribution in Specie of its Greatland Gold plc ("Greatland") shares.Following Shareholder meetings in November and December 2023, the Company entered into a Members' Voluntary Liquidation on 20 December 2023 and Michael Solomons and Andrew Pear of Moorfields Advisory were appointed as Liquidators of the Company.Part of the liquidation of assets involves the Distribution in Specie of the Company's Greatland shares to Shareholders.Notices is hereby given that the allocation date of the Distribution is set for 19 January 2024. The final ratio has been calculated at 1.32973066 Greatland shares for every one share of the Company. This was posted on GGP board.For anyone who was a holder of SVE and is awaiting further news, I have just had a response to my email of yesterday from Gemma Cryan of Starvest to advise that whilst she cannot give a definitive timeline, her expectation is that Moorfields will undertake the distribution of GGP shares to former SVE shareholders during January 2024…watch this space

Ive contacted II and they have not been notified by SVE that the fund has been would up and shares are to be allocated, in fact they have heard nothing from them so they can do nothing till they hear from the co direct.

I guess its SVE that you have contacted so thats not very comforting, Ive not come across this before so have no idea how long the process takes but the fund should be informing us at least....

I cant be the only one with skin in the game, there must be a few wondering whats going on.

Great time to be holding or accumulating Ariana Resources (AAU) shares imo. See RNS this morning. Second gold mine expanding and production starts mid next year. All paid for using profits from existing mine at Kiziltepe. Dividends now within site.

The meeting is at midday tomorrow. Hopefully there is an 'oven ready' plan in place for distributing the AAU and GGP shares and a share of any cash left.I reckon it will be 8th January at the earliest.

The liquidators fee of £10k plus expenses is much less than I imagined it might be, so we might also be returned a little cash as well.

For those not doing the sums, if the AAU and GGP shares are distributed as stated in the RNS, the current value per share is 15.58p at the respective closing prices of 2.1p and 11.4p.

Ariana Resources: Salinbas/Ardale is often referred to as the elephant in the room for AAU. There are exciting drill results out today- RNS.I'm not sure when you get your AAU/GGP shares but i think (could be wrong) it could take up to one month. Depends on your Broker perhaps. Worth asking them.
