27/10/2023 08:27 | As part of the Liquidation it is proposed to distribute the Greatland Shares and the Ariana Shares as distributions in specie to the Shareholders, together with the surplus cash that remains in the Company, once its creditors have been paid. | plasybryn

27/10/2023 08:23 | Does it mean they are giving us shares in Ggp and Aau or are they selling those shares and giving us the money? | yorkie52
27/10/2023 08:11 | Current NAV/share is approx 11.1p and the GGP holding (I reckon that is 78.2m shares) is worth 10p of that. | zedder
27/10/2023 08:05 | I assume they will gradually sell down the various holdings and distribute the proceeds. I’ll be voting for it and as they suggest then putting the money into GGP and AAU. | zedder
27/10/2023 08:04 | Makes perfect sense. | spbcscw

21/3/2023 16:04 | For the NAV/share to be the 11.15p in the RNS today, my spreadsheet would need to be using a figure of £250k for cash. Previously I had a figure of £580k for cash though based on the RNS that stated AAU and GGP shares had been sold, and the average sell prices given. What's happened to the rest of the cash? Certainly no mention of any new investments even if they have been poor ones! | zedder
06/3/2023 14:39 | They should have sold more at 12.83p Should have sold everything and wound up this poor excuse for a company. | tyranosaurus
07/2/2023 16:02 | A useful snippet in the Final Results. They've sold 3.8m GGP at average 12.83p/share, and 2.2m AAU at average 4.25p/share. That will have produced £580k. If only they'd top-sliced GGP a few years ago when it was 20p+ and I contacted Callum Baxter to suggest that! | zedder
07/2/2023 09:35 | It's all looking good, it's time to sit back and enjoy the ride, interesting times | come on
07/2/2023 08:24 | It certainly looks like it. When GGP is going up consistently, there is often a delayed reaction here. With GGP at 9p, the NAV/share here is 14.0p. | zedder
07/2/2023 08:10 | Interesting times to come with ggp and rumours of bid for newcrest | come on |
