03/3/2022 08:03 | Good update re havieron, this should start the upside here too | come on
02/3/2022 10:48 | Why are you the one barking? | rose_by_another_name
24/2/2022 12:31 | Christ what a DOG this has been, woof woof. | stevieweebie2
28/1/2022 12:14 | Someone sold 50k yesterday at 13.25p ish. They still made whoever got 100k today pay 14.5p+. | zedder
27/1/2022 13:53 | I note on GGP board a link to list of GGP major shareholders. No mention of Starvest at all. | tyranosaurus
04/1/2022 15:30 | 24.0p is the official figure. I'll have to up the amount of cash in my spreadsheet. | zedder
31/12/2021 18:12 | NAV/share prediction for 31st December is 23.1p. | zedder
23/12/2021 14:31 | Nice little spike there. It's definitely caught GGP up now. | zedder
23/12/2021 10:21 | With GGP at 16.9p for sells, the NAV/share here is approx 25.4p. The GGP holding alone (82m shares) is 23.8p of that. So any buys here below 15p are currently at a 40%+ discount. There will be an official NAV update at the end of December which will hopefully confirm my figures. | zedder
23/12/2021 09:33 | You would expect a rise with GGP being at 17p this morning but Starvest normally takes a day or two to notice that GGP has moved. Oh well, one day when the takeover is announced then presumably Starvest will finally go vertical. | morningswimmer
23/12/2021 09:19 | More positive at ggp, should see a rise here soon | come on
21/12/2021 13:53 | After collecting 5% of Havieron where will NCM next look to get a few % more before they have to declare the results of another 90km of drilling. | luckyswimmer
21/12/2021 13:32 | Still undervalued. Will be an interesting few months here and for ggp | come on
21/12/2021 11:20 | Rns out re newcrest taking the option to buy their 5% | come on
10/12/2021 13:59 | This is still maintaining the approx 40% discount to the NAV of the portfolio. Current NAV/share is 21.7p with the 82m GGP shares comprising just under 20p of this. | zedder
30/11/2021 10:05 | I sold 50k of SVE on 22nd November at 15p as GGP had dipped below the 14.5p at which they raised funds recently. I then bought 52k GGP at 0.143599p and have just sold them at 15.4p (7.1% gain). Even better, I have just re-bought the 50k SVE at 13.8p. So I'm back to where I started, but that's £1096 freed up to pay for Christmas! | zedder
19/11/2021 15:55 | Some dilution offset by GGP having more money to drill with, so the holding ought to be worth roughly the same. The GGP price has dropped a bit today in reaction to the news, of course. I wonder if it would have dropped if they had taken out a loan to the same amount. | rose_by_another_name
19/11/2021 11:57 | Any thoughts whether SVE might have been able to apply for shares? I am assuming not so there has been some dilution of the holding in GGP. | jerseymike
10/11/2021 13:50 | The US inflation rate has just spiked to 6.2% and gold in going up fast. Will hopefully feed through to here once our 'goldies' follow the gold price up. | zedder
19/10/2021 12:19 | Better spread today than it has been for a while 15.88p to buy, | cityfarmer
18/10/2021 14:56 | On IG? Prices move all the time of course, and the spread narrows to two pence sometimes. I think this is one to buy and hold, based on the excellent discount, rather than trying to trade it. | rose_by_another_name
18/10/2021 13:53 | The actual spread is a lot less than 3p. I know this because I bought recently at 16.69p when the offer was 18p | tyranosaurus
15/10/2021 09:14 | IG is currently showing the spread on SVE at over 3 pence, which is about 18% of the mid price. Or to put it another way, if you bought at 18 pence, the SP would have to rise three pence for you to break even on selling. At the same time, the spread on GGP is about half a penny, on a share of about the same price. | rose_by_another_name
15/10/2021 09:09 | Are you actually trying to trade this share, zoo? The spread will tax you, buying and selling. I can see how one might trade GGP but this is one to hold. Whatever happens to GGP, SVE will reflect it as GGP is the major asset it holds. | rose_by_another_name
15/10/2021 08:26 | SVE not catching up yet which make it a good share for the chase up trade but not one to hold unless GGP is bought out but that inturn will effect the share price before anyone can sell because of the rise of a temporary suspension on trading at the time. | zooman |
