They are Solos, so I guess that the price is of the order of £150k each. It will depend on the model and size.

I can't see this doing much until after the election, If Labour get in I expect this to fall. Cons get in then it should continue to grow. The election is throwing up a few doubts among utilities, banks and transport, Labour being negative for all of them.

I understood that Stagecoach had been given 5 days to consider (comply?) with the CMA comments on 6 February about the limited competition issues on the new East Coast franchise.

No news since then, except for a news release on 12 February detailing a number of senior management appointments for the new franchise. That, in itself, should be positive vis-à-vis the start date for services on 1 March.

So anybody have any thoughts on the position?

I'll never understand why some get twitchy because of a blip in the share price. Stagecoach shares are an excellent part of one's income portfolio. I have faith in the management. I have faith in the sector.

If it closes above 340.2 then support is still intact. The pipeline is good, just not sure of the short term future for this share price!
