Last week was the first full week after Brexit was done and already we have had incredible rises. See what next week brings! Already revised my exit price. 100p is too premature!

'Bids come when turnaround and success is evident'Really - so businesses don't bid for companies that have fallen away so they can get them on the cheap and then turn them around to make them worth much more than they paid for them.Surely it makes far better business sense to buy a promising company on the cheap and run it your own way than wait until it has recovered and pay more and most likely get knocked back anyway.I think you have your business head on the wrong way round. The best time to buy a business is when you can get it cheap if it has promise - rule one of the buying a business book

So why did they bid just over a year ago in the midst of Brexit uncertainty lolNow Brexit sorted . Vaccine being delivered, major upturn in economy coming Now is the time to bid.Once staffline make a full recovery they would have to pay much more than £1.80 anyway

There will be no bid so forget ramping that tosh.

Bids come when turnaround and success is evident

Staf have yet to prove all that. If and when they do then its a real possibility.

As for the share price.....buyers will buy value....do the numbers and you will know the answers...

The price is what you pay the value is what you get .....now on ya 🚴‍a92;️ and peddle it elsewhere 😀

If they were to bid, you would think the time is now with Brexit sorted, the company pulled out of the gutter and so on. It is the cheapest they will get it. The longer they wait it is inevitably gonna be much more expensive as per the rate the share price is rising. But they might not wanna bid. They might be happy to sit for years. One fact is vaccines are being blasted out and government priority is to get everyone a job - which bodes well for this and similar stocks. All IMO.

This is now crunch time for HRNet. They either bid at 120 next week before the end of year - 6 months results at or around the 19-25 Jan 21. OR this will tick up to 100p, next week then 120p, then it gets tricky for HRnet as when and if the results are good this will be out of their 125-180p price range then and only then will this be a solid 150-200p share, onwards and upwards as solid BoD and team, plus good outlook! Very little slack or spare shares in free flow, so demand and news will push this over 120 very quickly!

HSS has just diluted with 526,270,512 shares. They now have 696,480,000 shares.

So they went from 170m to 700m - it's a whopping dilution and even if the chart looks good I'd personally be wary.

Market cap £43m

Revenue expected to be say £900k
It was a billion in 2019 !

Half Year 2020 was £435m

Profit 15%? Let's say 5%

Shares in issue? 69m?

Eps =

PE 15? Let's say 8

And the answer is SCARY even if you you say 1% profit and reduce revenue.....

Kirk.......wheres your underpinning analysis?
