When a company offers or takeovers generally they offer price is an average of the last 6 months. The price here has been held under 30p for most of the last 6 months

not all institutional holders can be considered to be safe hands. Sometimes they get rid of the tail positions

This now explains the A trades clearly an algo which is probably set by Hunter capital to execute their trades. The question is whose been buying them? 1.85 million left for Hunter to sell

Be a good entry point as Hunter Capital sells the remaining stock. Until then they are dragging it down with sells. After then it will rise you would think!

Can’t remember the last time I posted, 2 weeks ago maybe?
That 28.5p sale looking good now, just made sense not to be greedy.
I really don’t think we’ll see a takeover, especially in the short term, just looks like a suitor is waiting for something else?????
Looking more like a W recovery now I think.

But a year or so ago they ran into tax problems after a whistleblower informed of underpayment.

I thought that was VAT underpayment? Edit: Sorry it was underpayment of minimum wage I see from the RNSes.

The VAT has nothing to do with profits. It's a custodian function (collect from client via billing, then give to Rushi). In this case Rishi said: "ah yer alright. give it me in 2021 or whenever you're liquid"

Their underpaid VAT issue - did that make contracts unprofitable?

The core recruitment business looks to be weighing down the rest of the business with Ireland and people plus doing well or in position to do well.

I’ve not got much information about why the core business is so unprofitable. Are they sitting on poor contracts which need to be exited/renegotiated when they come to an end? Seems to me that the core recruitment business is the issue here, not sure on the details as to why it’s not generating any gross margin? Anyone got any ideas?
