HRnet may themselves seek an exit here and realise the best way out is sell to a big European player like Manpower or Adecco. They will certainly want the share price to rise if that is their goal

Come on HRNet put the II’s and PI’s out of their prolonged misery, buy another 0.1% and then bid 80p and buyout and run STAF!!!! Do it now and take the market and low interest rates and need for service jobs as the U.K. market recovers from December onwards!!!

Reckon John is right. Wouldnt look too much into this other than what it says! This new board of directors have been steadily making all the right noises. Waiting to see what they say before making my next move..I still think this is the floor. If I was wealthy, id be ploughing into it at this price. See what comes of it. Love from Jim - partner of Gripfit x

They won’t need to raise much even if it was a begging situation

at some point most companies do raise capital. That is why we have capital markets and brokers etc. Company doesn't need any capital in the next 12 months because Rishi gave them an interest free, covenance free 45m loan

Queen
don't stop me now
Stafflines new theme tune

I'm a shooting star, leaping through the sky
Like a tiger defying the laws of gravity
I'm a racing car, passing by like Lady Godiva
I'm gonna go, go, go
There's no stopping me
I'm burnin' through the sky, yeah
Two hundred degrees
That's why they call me Mister Fahrenheit
I'm traveling at the speed of light
I wanna make a supersonic man out of you

Hrnet also need to cover their ass. They can't pay 3 x the current share price to get a takeover through even it that still makes good commercial sense. They would get a rollicking from their own shareholders. So the best solution for all parties is get info out to shareholders (existing and potential new) so that a market price can be established
