Sold all my position this morning.
BOD awarding themselves large options @ 5p with no hurdle - other than waiting for a few years. Total disgrace IMO.
Exemplifies all that is rotten in the AIM.
It is becoming un-investable.

I have decided to exit today. Two reasons: technical - I bought on the breakout through 100p, which has now failed; I did not like the directors awarding themselves so many options yesterday (unless I read the RNS wrongly) without any detail/transparency regarding share price performance targets to trigger them.

Sorry my stay was so short.

Good morning Steve, another stock we have in common! Simon Thompson (IC) quotes eps of 10.5p for 2015 but Digital Look has the slightly higher number you give. Either way, SDM seem to be on a roll after a couple of lean years. regards Bob

Forecasts are for earnings of 11.01p/share next year, so this sort of rise looks quite justified. Perhaps even a bit more.

Broker forecast is for 6.9p but already made adj 2.6p. They made 4.3 p second half last year so say they make 5.4 p this year that makes a potential 8p - plus United Wireless may contribute. Happy to hold.

Brokers now forecasting 10.5 eps for 2015 acc to ST. Still makes them look cheap and will add on any weakness tho doubt there'll be much.
