23/10/2013 11:15 | agreed, looks like a management disagreement for some reason - dealt with and 'in line' is encouraging imv - added a few here on this recent retrace | value viper

21/10/2013 10:23 | NOT ENCOURAGING NEWS:_ Suggests to me need for extreme caution 18 October 2013 Stadium Group Plc ("Stadium" or the "Company") Director's dealings Stadium Group Plc (AIM: SDM), a leading electronic technologies group, announces that it has received notification today, Friday 18(th) of October 2013, that Antony Inskip, Commercial Director of the Company, has sold today 42,820 ordinary shares at a price of 50.0 pence per share. 10/10/2013 15:19 | Looks as though rise may hav been a temporty blip - A lot now being given back. Having looked at the site I personally cannot find any "must have" products that are best in their field - Could any holder/follower advise? 18/9/2013 09:10 | I have dipped my toe in today. 20p rise in the last few weeks. | spookies
18/9/2013 08:35 | Whats going on here then! Im somewhat off the pace as had mentally moved this into the dog category. But maybe the ducks are all finally lined up -the provisions and restructuring is near an end and there is light at the end of the tunnel.Certainly the new management team may be looking at a much better picture and it does look rather cheap. | meijiman
11/9/2013 15:00 | And now 3 director buys... | eezymunny
11/9/2013 13:58 | Henderson buying (and want more?) Not apparently having much luck flushing out sellers even at this higher price. Debt free and 2014 f/c P/E of just 7, 5% f/c yield here on a massive bounce in earnings. Still more likely to go up than down one would think! Time and the market will tell! | eezymunny

13/6/2013 08:45 | Henderson big increase in holding - someone has reduced suppose cause shares going down; maybe axa has sold half of theirs; wait for next RNS I guess | value viper
19/4/2013 22:26 | I was at the EDI presentation last Wednesday To be honest had never heard of them before and I did not pay full attention to what the CEO said in his presentation but I liked what I heard and he came over well..perhaps too self assured but does merit further study. | cerrito
10/4/2013 15:09 | Hi, Stadium management are presenting to investors at the next investor forum, organised by Equity Development in London next week, on 17 April. I'll be going, as the last one in January was very interesting & well organised (also easy to get to, as in Hanover Square). It's a good opportunity to meet management, hear a presentation from them, then Q&A, which can be as searching as you like! Also can usually mingle afterwards with mgt, and chat to other investors. Should be a good event. You can book yourself in by visiting this link to ED's website: Regards, Paul. | paulypilot

03/1/2013 09:17 | Believe me, this is NOT a "very well run business", in a very competitive market with no USB. | hugh garss
22/11/2012 07:55 | 50p looks fair value for the time being, before further rises as the business resumes it's growth path. | philjeans
