Perhaps they're trying to save the co money on RNS's, but from last RNS:

"We envisage that the entire process will take in the order of 6-8 weeks from launch on or around the beginning of March 2021. "

Been no news since 15th of Feb, anyone know an updated timetable?

The timescale for the auction process was for completion in may.

I wonder is the shell will itself be of any value once the assets are gone, it has significant tax losses.

They're probably a bit reticent about publicising widely for regulatory reasons, but contact as above if you want more info.
