No news, no trades, just delist it. No real difference.

Barclays also tried to place big sell order, no can do, they have no update from company MM wouldnt take order, and can not get replies. It's dead, given they only had cash circa £300K, that been burnt through, with no liquidity events, as they keep advising where's the value. Write off. Shame no update from Directors.

If there is no demand for shares i.e no-one can buy. The price would slide.

I have a question to fellow shareholders who probably seen share price slide for last three years, if the company as stated in last report, have been valued the NAV @ 15.8p, why do market makers, value 2-4P?

Either MM got it massively wrong, or company has overstated true value of the companies held.

The cash last reported, is diminishing, and no new story to tell shareholders, so before next report, maybe worth writing to CE and Chairman, to explain to shareholders, basis, of how valuations, are stated.

Delisting would save some annual fees, but suspect many would have to resort to gifting to charity, since selling isn't even an option.

No substantive news.
I would vote for delisting that would focus Mr Shore on his responsibilities.
Some shareholders' accounts are not allowed to hold unquoted shares.

There is no restrictions on transfers. Options:-
Talk to Shore Capital direct to see if there are off-book deal.
Ask for a certificate to take to a broker than would sell.
Complain to SPPC directors stating there is not a fair and orderly market.
You cannot sell, I cannot buy. Pointless being listed.
