14/8/2020 20:16 | Mr Shore is not doing his job. While still raking in the "fees". No news, no trades, just delist it. No real difference. | russman
14/8/2020 18:35 | Barclays also tried to place big sell order, no can do, they have no update from company MM wouldnt take order, and can not get replies. It's dead, given they only had cash circa £300K, that been burnt through, with no liquidity events, as they keep advising where's the value. Write off. Shame no update from Directors. | hedgehunter2
14/8/2020 16:03 | Hargreaves won't let me buy or sell... | zcaprd7
13/7/2020 08:54 | If there is no demand for shares i.e no-one can buy. The price would slide. | russman
11/7/2020 18:48 | I have a question to fellow shareholders who probably seen share price slide for last three years, if the company as stated in last report, have been valued the NAV @ 15.8p, why do market makers, value 2-4P? Either MM got it massively wrong, or company has overstated true value of the companies held. The cash last reported, is diminishing, and no new story to tell shareholders, so before next report, maybe worth writing to CE and Chairman, to explain to shareholders, basis, of how valuations, are stated. | hedgehunter2
02/7/2020 17:50 | Another sell. | russman
30/6/2020 10:17 | I disagree. | russman
30/6/2020 06:00 | Still get the tax loss ;) | spectoacc
29/6/2020 19:10 | Dont get the tax break either. | russman
29/6/2020 08:23 | Delisting would save some annual fees, but suspect many would have to resort to gifting to charity, since selling isn't even an option. | spectoacc
29/6/2020 08:15 | No substantive news. I would vote for delisting that would focus Mr Shore on his responsibilities. Some shareholders' accounts are not allowed to hold unquoted shares. | russman
28/6/2020 22:09 | I'm not saying I want to sell, but it might be nice to be able trade... | zcaprd7
27/6/2020 12:55 | There is no restrictions on transfers. Options:- Talk to Shore Capital direct to see if there are off-book deal. Ask for a certificate to take to a broker than would sell. Complain to SPPC directors stating there is not a fair and orderly market. You cannot sell, I cannot buy. Pointless being listed. | russman
27/6/2020 11:49 | Hargreaves wouldn't let me sell... | zcaprd7
26/6/2020 15:32 | You can sell (at a price); but retail cannot buy. | russman
26/6/2020 13:31 | Who sold, and how? | zcaprd7
21/6/2020 18:21 | Who knows; someone must. | russman
14/6/2020 12:34 | Maybe there will be some positive news (for a change) | russman
14/6/2020 10:19 | I view it as the same deal, but that we have been further diluted by the last minute fundraise. | flyfisher
13/6/2020 10:06 | that was ages ago, different realisation. | russman
13/6/2020 05:34 | Sppc have previously commented that it could lead to a euro 700k return. | flyfisher
13/6/2020 01:06 | They've got some, but hard to know how many shares they either have, and at what price they bought and are getting sold for.We need a release here as well to clarify ... | zcaprd7
12/6/2020 18:25 | Have they still got them. | russman |
