Daily Mail market report..

SSP Group, the business behind the train station bakery Upper Crust, gave investors a taste of success as revenue increased by 7.3per cent. Like-for-like sales were up 2.7per cent, and SSP sounded confident of its growth prospects.

Though UBS analysts gave the business a 'sell' rating, and said that the share price could come under pressure due to 'softer' trading in the rail sector, SSP's shares rose by 3.1per cent, or 20.3p, to 678.4p.

Indeed. Management are pretty straightforward in this company providing quantitative as well as qualitative data... unlike a lot of other companies.
On the other hand I think their growth plans are understated but that may be just my perception.

Looks like Autogrill's HMSHost is pretty lowly valued compared to SSPG.
What do they want to do to improve on that valuation is the issue, I guess.
Otherwise we're cycling in our trading range with an upwards tendency!
