04/12/2018 07:37 | Looking at the share price, this leaked last Friday.Great news. Just hope they get cash up front | fft
04/12/2018 07:28 | Need some alchemy to convert the sausage machine output into jam. I'm a chemist but its got me stumped. | yump
04/12/2018 07:25 | Well done ST and all at SRT!! | philjeans
04/12/2018 07:20 | Just the start - "The system we are providing under this contract will provide BFAR with a future proof platform which can be further expanded from the initial requirement of 5,000 of their largest vessels to include their tens of thousands of medium and small fishing boats, as well as seamless integration with other relevant maritime authorities." | owenski
04/12/2018 07:13 | The sausage machine is working ;-) | owenski
04/12/2018 07:12 | Yes - well done SRT! | sivadnoj
04/12/2018 07:11 | Thankyou Simon. Congratulations to all at SRT. The eagle has landed | alter ego
03/12/2018 18:57 | The SRT webcast quote re; contracts was - "Plop off the conveyor belt into the SRT bucket"...... And now we have - 'sausage machine'. I quite like sausage machine. | owenski
03/12/2018 18:18 | hjb1...I know (and agree).... ANY signed contract would be extremely good news ! :-) | yumyum
03/12/2018 18:07 | THAT would be amazing, Philburt. I would be happy, but still disappointed, at £50m signed contracts by the end of March. | yumyum
03/12/2018 17:59 | YumYum - Simplistically, you might see that as c£150M worth of contracts about to drop out of the sausage machine by Easter.... If only it was that simple :) | philburt
03/12/2018 17:37 | Hi PUGUGLY, I reckon no positive contract news by Christmas and the price will be back to 25p assuming there is no other mood music. 1st Contract announced in Dec - 40p 2nd Contract announced in Dec-Mar - 50p 3rd Contract announced in Dec-Mar - 60p Obviously depends on the value of contracts.... In May 2018: £132.5m | 7 Projects in specification phase £167.5m | 11 Projects in planning phase £119m | 10 Projects in procurement phase Plus Philo 2 - $30m ? | yumyum
03/12/2018 16:15 | colliera: Thanks for that. Another thing I can't un-see..... lol | philburt
03/12/2018 16:07 | If no contract announcement before Christmas any thoughts on where the share price might fall to? | pugugly
02/12/2018 20:15 | Fish can be transgender? Who knew... | philburt
02/12/2018 19:36 | The UK would never use a 'home grown' system, they'd import something that cost 10 times the money, doesn't work properly, takes 20 years to plan and install and is still late and over budget and there would be public protests about it due to it not recognizing different cultures and transgender rights. | owenski
02/12/2018 17:25 | After Brexit the UK seeks to reclaim it's fishing waters. The EU currently uses coloured cards to control fish imports. What are the chances of the EU imposing a red card on UK exports to the EU? Obviously if this happened it would be a political decision but the EU would hide behind sustainability issues. It might claim that the UK would be over fishing. Perhaps SRT could come to the rescue with its monitoring and fish catch reporting systems. | countryman5
02/12/2018 07:06 | Interesting Piedro. This comment on the piece was enlightening: 'As an experienced San Francisco Bay sailor, we encounter USN, USCG and every type of merchant ship daily if not hourly. It is true that the military ships have not used AIS for security and targeting reasons, but the Chief of Naval Operations ordered the entire USN to turn AIS “on” in high-traffic areas world-wide last year after the tragic Pacifc incidents: “We had, I think, a distorted perception of operational security that we kept that system secure – off – on our warships. One of the immediate actions following these incidents is that, particularly in heavily trafficked areas, we’re just going to turn it on.” The other navies should all follow suit.' Don't they have a receive only mode so that at least they can see those ships correctly trasmitting their position and course? | lavalmy
02/12/2018 05:44 | Another AIS blind navy ... Wrecked Frigate's Crew Thought Oncoming Tanker was Fixed Object | piedro
30/11/2018 22:10 | There is no significant volume in the shares traded, Glavey. What kind of stabilisation notice do you want to be issued ? There are 140m shares approx. 700k traded. It seems there are not many sellers of the shares. As goodapple says...we are back where we were.....nothing much changed....usd/gbp changed a smidgeon...and that is about it. In SRT favour admittedly. | yumyum
30/11/2018 21:06 | The share price is only back to where it was a few weeks ago. Today's photo has effectively confirmed SRTs success in the Philippines - it wouldn't have featured otherwise. I reckon it is the curtain raiser for an announcement next week. With contracts firmly in view one can hardly blame ST for a bit of stage management after all the stick he has had to endure from doubters.Onwards.... | goodapple
30/11/2018 19:52 | Shouldn't they issue a stabilisation notice? | glavey |
