Any chance of at least a photo of METS posted on SRT Gallery please?
Just to appease a couple of news-hungry investors?

Well! METS has opened and there is nothing yet said about Nexus. It can't be a 'soft launch'. If it has happened it's not been 'soft' but silent.

They are doing investor meetings next week I think so numbers/news are imminent-fingers crossed

Interim results due 20th November.
Nexus to be launched at METS Amsterdam this week - to EmTrak dealers.
(not sure whether 'soft launch' means dealers will be getting a sneak preview somewhere behind the EmTrak stand, out of sight of the general public?)

Hopefully the news update next week will include dealer reaction to first viewing of the new technology. Hopefully positive, very positive.

SRT's interims are just negative news. Nexus is not a launch because it is not ready. It is scheduled as a soft launch.

Isn't he Nexus launch tomorrow at the opening of METS yachting exhibition in Amsterdam?is any contributor/reader going?

Are the Interim results not on Monday 23 Nov?

Surely one or both should generate some news?

yump I am not interested in AIM.

As I said the tranceivers side of SRT goes very well. Wake up ! ;-) The systems side....that remains to be seen. So far it is really disappointing, as ever.

I think it is all a bit more complicated than just this. The PM actually visited the PCG on his short trip as well as addressing the joint congress which is rare.

At the same joint session of congress, the House delivered its amended version of the budget to the Senate - and this could be important to SRT. Most of the noise about this is the reallocation of intelligence and confidential funds which amount to peanuts but seem to be pocket money for the ministers in charge of those funds. This obscures the larger fact that some P194 billion is being reallocated (the other stuff amounts to 1.23 billion). Much comment is about some of this going to the defensive effort in the West Philippine Sea aka South China Sea. There is also a Blue Economy bill expected to progress in this session which will give the PCG a more prominent role.

So much for the positives for the PCG. There is a new Minister of Defence who has rejected the AFP plans for the future on two main grounds. Firstly it is malco-ordinated with their allies and secondly it is not projecting far enough out. In the US doctrine, you want to have any trouble happening miles away from your shores and not to be defending the beaches. Ths gist is that they should be concentrating at the edge of the EEZ. Now, of course, the PCG is not part of the armed forces as such but whatever posture is taken (and I understand that there is some urgency) I would expect that the PCG's role will dovetail into the overall defence set-up.

Later this month the agreed budget should be available publicly and we should see what allocations there are to the PCG and for what, but broadly the PCG's moment is coming.

Is Japan supplying radar equipment or just the money to pay for it?

Japan Provides Aid to Philippines for Five New Coast Guard Patrol Boats
"... During the visit to Manila on November 4 and 5, Prime Minister Kishida also announced Japan will provide the Philippines with a coastal radar surveillance system. The countries agreed on a $4 million grant to enhance the coastal radar capabilities. ..."

Is not SRT to do that?

You really really should sell. You can’t see anything positive.

Quite frankly its boring. I hope you haven’t got any more AIM shares because loads of them are worth less than half what they were because they haven’t got any sort of prospects and the interest rate rises have killed them off, even if they had a pipeline or were in the process of delivering a multi-million contract; which they are not.

Given the dire state of many AIM stocks, perhaps you should ask yourself why this has not tanked to 10p, given the dire state of the small company market.

Morning Yump.I’m very clear-the company has benefited from unwavering support from private investors for many years-good on them .It hasnt from institutions as evidenced by the fact there aren’t many if any disclosed.

Does the company need more cash?No idea but the raise in early summer was lower than hoped for.We will hear more no doubt this month

What exactly do you mean ? More placings needed ? pi's to sell out to ii's ? You want ii's involved to make the price will go up ? What do you mean by 'support'.

Or is this your hidden cash issue under different banner ?

Demo day is between 9am to midday in London tomorrow. Following on from the non-holders meeting last month (not recorded), this does sound like a serious attempt to get new institutions and HNW.
