24/3/2020 07:29 | Another dividend gone. Scotland seems to be out of line with the rest of the UK currently in closing building sites. | 18bt
19/3/2020 09:43 | Their exposure to affordable housing looks excellent in strategic terms, as does the deal with Sigma. Spring is nearly here so would be happy to accept housing stock reduction (and slower new builds)if they want to reduce borrowings (which look containable anyway) | trustman
18/3/2020 18:41 | Apparently several property funds have withdrawn from the market because of “material uncertainty” about the value of the assets (properties). That may be the reason for the drop, although it still looks way overdone. | alan@bj
18/3/2020 18:12 | Agree..not sure why it would seem to be a corona impacted stock to be honest. | meijiman
18/3/2020 10:42 | This share price fall looks way overdone. | alan@bj
11/3/2020 12:25 | Also good to see a director confident enough to by shares yesterday. | shauney2
11/3/2020 12:12 | Good to see they remain trusted partners for affordable housing. | trustman
26/2/2020 11:14 | I take he gets a discount. To be fair he still holds a large amount. Thanks for the note. | shauney2
26/2/2020 11:07 | An unhelpful sale by the CEO, to buy a house! Wonder if its a Berkeley one? Still, forecasts remain unchanged. Found a good note on the website; hxxps://www.springfi | frugaltree3
19/2/2020 06:22 | All the latest homebuilder valuation multiples and KPIs can be downloaded from here, including SPR | brummy_git
13/2/2020 15:41 | I take it was tipped somewhere looking at the volume. | shauney2
13/2/2020 15:31 | Very decent rise today :) | pauliewonder
30/1/2020 08:20 | Agreed, very solid management team running this one and the rest of the sector seem to be reporting improving conditions so they should follow suit in Feb. Any idea why Peel has downgraded to Hold, TP150p - maybe they were turned down for the joint broker role!? Hopefully that will go to someone that signals SPRs push into the mid caps, Numis or Investec perhaps? Saw the chairman speak last summer and was sufficiently impressed to introduce to the SIPP fund. Good co with a lot to go for. | frugaltree3
31/12/2019 10:57 | Bought some in the SIPP a few days ago. Looking at the walker homes acquisition, it looks like an absolute steel at 31m. | pauliewonder
18/12/2019 08:06 | Huge scheme. Should create 10 years of growth. Glad I got in earlier in the year. | 18bt
17/12/2019 09:31 | Bought a few (7,500) on the strength of that mention in the Tempus column in September now up just over £1,000 plus a £240 dividend. A 15% return in 3 months. No intention of selling for the time being though. | alan@bj
17/12/2019 09:15 | Correction :threads! | trustman
17/12/2019 09:15 | There is an adage that quiet threats often overlook good companies. Latest announcement sounds as if that holds good here! | trustman
19/9/2019 07:47 | Nice Buy mention by Tempus in the Times today. Results really were pretty good! | trustman
10/9/2019 16:36 | Thinly traded, but another positive announcement. | trustman |
