05/3/2018 05:51 | When and if we ever see our money back which looks a long shot the preferred at 2.82p plus warrants will be before us in the queue for any payouts. At a min invstmt of £5000 i didnt take up the offer as i doubt many pis did....well orchestrated by W to shut out pis! Its been near 6 months since cancellation of the stock so don't expect much in the nos due in March. Whatever happens there will only be one winner and it aint us. | johnlewis79
28/2/2018 07:23 | Bad luck cc...thought Swansea would do you. So it's back to 'zombie' status for you kinda like Sphere. | johnlewis79
27/2/2018 08:00 | Well done cc keep going. Our saviour W on the hook for £100m to support Prov Fin rescue rights! How many Sphere will he sell?heh heh heh... | johnlewis79
26/2/2018 15:49 | Physio happy with my progress so I'm discharged just need to carry with the exercising and stretching regimes, with the proviso I take it steady and don't try too much too soon , battening down the hatches here in South Yorkshire for a Amber snow warning , slippery road and pavements aren't good for my present condition | cellis94
24/2/2018 07:03 | The best and most innovative products don't always win.Back in the day Apple had a more imaginative design was mote innovative elegant in execution and design yet the Microsoft crudely copied products ended up winning the war of systems.....ring any bells? | johnlewis79
22/2/2018 07:38 | Poor old NW another duster in AA as a profit warning and divvy slash tanks his holding. | johnlewis79
21/2/2018 14:26 | Yes sold out , Sphere had 6 hospitals , 4 plus Beligum and Germany who had their P3 updated , that was from Decembers 2016 certification to April 2017 , I set a target figure of 8 to 12 by the end of June 2017 but as Sphere failed to add any I sold out at 6.55p , so in my opinion P4 would have been in the development stage from May 2016 when it went for certification until now , some 19 months which will be 23 months come the AGM , so I would expect some news then if not before . | cellis94
21/2/2018 05:57 | Good to hear your on the mend. Thought you were still invested here...never mind you can always buy back in when we float at 50p....heh heh heh and pigs will fly! Next news in March but might be very limited in scope if the new guys hands are tied by W...(watching the cash). If his job was to get sepsis and FDA then we ain't going anywhere unless W has found a buyer who stipulated FDA cert before any monies coming our way. £70M + and nothing to show for it...unbelievable!! Oh well you never know our patents for a device tgat no-one wants gotta be worth a few quid I guess. | johnlewis79
20/2/2018 12:36 | Discharged from hospital, but still attending Physios, 3 months since surgery and it takes 6/9 months , any I can walk around and drive so back on child care at Derby with extra shifts due to half term and my daughter has to go to a business conference in Canada next week. Certainly it would be interesting to know if any hospitals are preserving with P4 , and I suppose there's still a chance that traction may increase, lucky I stuck to my guns and bailed out when I did , anyway still interested to see the bigger picture and hope it enables you all to recoup your investments . | cellis94
16/2/2018 05:22 | SFA on Sphere in WPCT Jan update!! | johnlewis79
15/2/2018 07:33 | No not a patent sale. Just trying to get a handle on poss valuation. Best for shareholders if co is sold lock stock and barrel.Whether W will let on if he's had expressions of interest I don't know but we need to get sales so as to show the device is wanted and has a commercial future. At last count that was not in the ball park. | johnlewis79
13/2/2018 09:55 | johnlewis79 - are you speculating Sphere could call it a day and sell the patent for £xm? I'd guess it's an option, but any company would also want the supplier relations and expert staff too, so in my view it would make more sense to acquire the company enmass and lose duplicated roles. | dusseldorf
13/2/2018 09:04 | I was recently reading some stuff on patents and in particular the value of them. A patents value will probably be the sum of its development costs and it's worth noting the critical time period to consider is not the full life of the patent (17 years in the US) but it's estimated 'useful' life. Now how much has Sphere spent on Proxima 2-3-4-5? I'm not sure but around £70m has been raised over the years most of that on the Directors and wages so it could be as little as £5m or as much as £35+m stretched over several years. | johnlewis79
12/2/2018 07:46 | Morning DD def going to Agm even if in Cambridge. Hopefully Mrs B another large holder will be driving.it's held on a Wed. Interesting post on credit I have never used it always rented...stupid I know but too late for me now. | johnlewis79
09/2/2018 15:14 | Personal troubles aside , it's going on 15 months since P4 received its CE certification, so in theory it's 18 months or more time in development, I'm sure that Woodfords /and or Sphere had been streamlining P4 with the hope of adding lactate/lactose and refining miniaturising/automa | cellis94
09/2/2018 10:31 | cellis94 - in simple terms they cannot check your bank balance, they have no idea you're 'good for it' - what they can check however, is your credit history and your demonstrated ability to repay debt and who you are paying it back to. I bet your Experian profile history looks like a ghost or someone who died (no offence!), there are very few people who go through life without credit and that can more often than not be a red warning for fraud. That certainly wouldn't give me, if I were a vendor, a warm fuzzy feeling based on the checking tools they have access to. I've always borrowed for various reasons, right now, I could spend £80,000 on credit cards. Never had a problem getting anything, because I've always borrowed and repaid. Debt is only a problem if people can't repay it. I advise the younger guys at work to build up a credit history (i.e. pay for everything on credit card and set-up a direct debit every month to repay entire balance), this improves their credit scores and sometimes also gives them cashback or benefits in the process e.g. Amex 1.5% - it costs them absolutely nothing - but I'm clear they should always repay 100% balance. If you don't build a history, you will most likely these days be blocked from taking out a mortgage, which is one of the main reasons to borrow. johnlewis79 - Are you planning on going? Given I've got 3m, I guess I probably should, though I'm 100% focused on crypto currencies at present - well, that and LCG which is my hedge against global financial crash. | dusseldorf |
