24/10/2017 20:18 | JL...I don't think the company has to publish accounts for the year ending 2017...for at least si6 to nine months after year end...I think I read somewhere...a part of being private.... So no news for possibly a year....least that is how I see it..... | del44
24/10/2017 10:02 | We're all presupposing he will want to sell Sphere. I'm not at all convinced he does or will as of now. He will want to see how Sphere progresses from this point on and I'm not sure how much time and effort he will devote to the company. Of course, events may force his hand one way or another as any div income will be meagre if any over the next few years our best hope is he gets an offer he can't refuse.... | johnlewis79
24/10/2017 09:41 | Exactly...hold in the off chance W gets a half sensible price (x nos) of years down the line and wants out / his investment back which is but a tiny % of the PCT fund. So that's a consideration to bear in mind if your thinking of buying anew. Mind you if early prices are sub 1p, I'd be tempted to add rather than sell! I'm not sure W will be in the market for pis shares as he already owns the company so another 10% or so in his grand scheme may not be worth bothering about? One things for sure outside of Rodime this is the longest I've ever held a share I'm thinking 2013-2020 span. | johnlewis79
24/10/2017 09:31 | CC2014 - Morning - I have a very low average entry price, the prices I will offer at will include a substantial premium for hassle factor. So worse case, I make a nice profit on 'some' of my stock. I won't miss out if the stars align in a few years, but there are other opportunities out there and the opportunity to de-risk some of my remaining holding would be nice. Bear in mind we are 'offline' and matched bargaining or not, i suspect any transaction requires my approval therefore I have first refusal if there is a sudden spike in interest for shares. | dusseldorf
24/10/2017 09:16 | Morning. As you all know I've sold out but I'm wondering why you would want to put in speculative prices to sell your shares. They only people with any knowledge of how things will be going are Woodford and the directors. If anything really good does happen they are going to buy your shares cheap and you will miss out. Just my musings. Good luck all | cc2014
24/10/2017 05:31 | Morning cellis, all. Drastic change of lifestyle atm so all bets are off the table so to speak until I have straightened out my finances. Seems DD is prepared to act as a mm which is risky for him given we know so little atm. How much will be divulged at the Y/End (nos in late Feb?)should give an indication as to demand and has lactate been added to the panel. So 4 months away at least. I couldn't begin to put a value on the stock as I thought 6 pre the crash was silly and let's face it the 'threatened'private status panicked investors irrationally for what else could have been the cause given everyone knew a fund raise was due, just a question of on what terms? As i've said...well stage managed! On the plus side we were given the opportunity to buy well below 1p so given that a week previous you were buying at 6 why not at 1 when the fundamentals had not changed (I'm excluding any Brexit considerations.) As far as I know no hospital has said we don't want it at any price. Whatever the co strategy seems to have changed from going hell for leather down the sales route to one of getting to P5/FDA and eventual trade sale. Not sure that's the best policy. I'd have thought being able to show any potential buyer a strong order book and revenue flow was key. | johnlewis79
23/10/2017 21:59 | cellis94 - if you wish to buy eventually post for me here. I have plenty (3m shares), I'm not going anywhere and neither are the shares.. at the moment. I suspect matched bargaining will be around by Christmas.I'm putting it out at various prices, keeping a core holding, but will give you a fair price based on evidence (progress) at the time. | dusseldorf
23/10/2017 15:39 | Thanks John - to get any value in terms of missing out completely I'd have to buy prior a refloat but as you say the matched market is I believe is 18 months away , so little I can do now even if I chose too , and with little or no up date re news it's " light out " or being completely in the dark , started playing football " no running and no sliding tackles " but as I'm goalie that's not a problem , it's great really competitive we were 3-1 down and won 5-4 , one of my old mates from way back to junior school days onwards is also playing - will keep in touch good luck with any bets | cellis94
23/10/2017 13:16 | Hi cellis trust your well....buying at this early stage will be difficult as I don't think providing a platform for buyers/sellers is high on their priority list. Given the poor take up of the 2.88 CPS shares I doubt you'd be offered anywhere near that atm. Info from now on will be on a need to know basis and the F/Y nos might be of the bare essential required. So you will be acting in the dark if your taking a price. Not sure but I believe Equiniti will be responsible for fair valuation. | johnlewis79
23/10/2017 11:35 | Morning John , hope your well , trying to get a angle on this new web site , still a fan of Proxima , sadly it's going to be difficult and if I was thinking of buying in via the matched market it's now more difficult to assess the overall picture as I assume lesser mortals have no rights to information required to make those judgements . Hi Del and the best to you all | cellis94
23/10/2017 07:32 | Woodford's smiling this morning as the bid for Spire Healthcare is confirmed at c.298p. He has about a million shares in Spire. The bod have rejected the offer. | johnlewis79
15/10/2017 07:01 | Just for info. As of 4/2017 in WPCT Sphere is no 56/71 in his portfolio of stocks. This represents a 0.33 weighted % and c.20% holding...the 6th highest. His largest holding is Prothena (14% weighted). Healthcare represents 66% split between early stage (51%) & early growth (34%) companies. We're probably in the EG stage as of now.... | johnlewis79
14/10/2017 06:39 | Following latest update pis & others own 77.0m shares or 23% of issued. Cash going forward £5.1m. Wirh no rev's booked we could continue for the next 12-18 months, longer if sales are material in 2018. Covering the wage bill would be a step forward. Operating expenses of £5m (2016) will have to be drastically reduced to see us through '18/19. How damaging the scaling back of commercial operations (in the short term) will be we don't know but one assumes soundings have been taken and a flood of orders are not expected for the next 6 months as hospitals cont their never ending evaluations. We hope that LVO turns out to be a 'lucky' general as he will be the 3rd CEO since IPO. so if your superstitious third time lucky, try try & try again, the Holy Trinity 3 the first prime nos, earth the third planet from the sun you get the picture.... | johnlewis79

07/10/2017 11:00 | So we have roughly 320 million shares in issue(CPS included)at the moment. With an extension of 1 week for the remaining funding round. I wonder did they extend it for any particular reason? I was expecting 0 uptake to be honest...so that our total Cash would be £5 million going forward.... | del44
07/10/2017 10:23 | Nice holding DD...you can add the odd .9% when prices become available. | johnlewis79
07/10/2017 09:41 | Johnlewis79 - The 3% cut to be listed as a significant shareholder, prior to dilution. I ended up with 3m circa 2.1% of current equity. | dusseldorf
