Ive been in CALL far too long Nico but I think this time it really is different. They are obviously much closer to breakeven and by all accounts Bullhorn love them. Hence why the Bullhorn partnership is going so well. Once they hit breakeven then the operational gearing should kick in massively. Still plenty of stale bulls about though.

Good man Trubrand technology is the best out there and there's no reason why we can't gain contracts worldwide to stop the use of illegal cigarette brands Ireland attribute no value to Trubrand.I think Trubrand alone in 5 years time will be making 10 to 12m pounds pa and will be worth at least 200p to Spectra Not many have latched on to the major opportunities here

Had another 11k over the last couple of days...l just can't see that the Trubrand contract has been factored in. I know the numbers for the first contract are quite small ....but the potential for Trubrand are mind blowing.

Good thing...Spectra has made higher lows all year so l suppose it is driving itself in to a wedge formation ready to break higher on any big news.

It amazing really, all the progress Spectra has made over the last year and still we can't push past last years highs....l suppose we have pre-report to come in the next week ...and full years figures mid March.

From Halifax recieved 3.143p in 2018 and 2.634p in 2017. I have tonight sent my complaint to financial ombudsman. I suggest you send a complaint via Halifax first.

I have checked and I received 0.0314007 basically just over 3 pence per share so not the full entitlement I two rember been sent a form to fill out reference US dividend .

You are entitled to another 15 pct If u have signed a W8 Ben u will get it back Just speak to senior mgmnt and tell them every other shareholder has got the tax back and you will sue if it isn't sorted in 14 days

Thanks for the feedback. So which nominee accounts do not withhold the additional 15% tax. Is it possible to transfer part holdings (i.e. SPSY) from one ISA provider to another?

The best line from my Complaint Resolution from Halifax....I appreciate you feel you should have been forewarned that we are unable to reclaim tax on these dividends...however this could be construed as investment or tax advice and therefore falls outside of our remit.So why halifax did you send me a W8-BEN form to complete ...this lead me to believe that you could reclaim the with-holdal tax ...isn't sending me the W8-BEN...offering me tax advice?Added to this....because you didn't reclaim the tax l had less money to automatically reinvest into extra shares which were sitting at around 69p in 2017....so l have become a double loser.

Witholding Tax at 30%, and if you contact them you will get given the same INTESA / UK CREST story as Sonofbanjosinger received.

only pays a dividend once per year usually in June
Check your witholding tax is only 15% though, as you are with the Halifax
