I don't think he has got it wrong and just because David et el are sill 'there' doesn't mean they're not trying to re-invent themselves. In fact it wasn't David doing the rounds, it was led by Kanibar. Lets face it they were due to file accounts at the end of June where the truth regarding the numbers would be out but they still remain suspended with the reason being that they are undertaking a financial review which reading between the lines means they do not have any cash and the Auditors will not sign off the accounts as a going concern. This one will not come back in its previous guise mark my words this business is dead.

I think your fund manager friend may have got the wrong company David Victor Haresh and Nigel are all still there.There are no new management at Gin.

I've heard from a fund manager friend that they've been doing the rounds with a new management team recently and from another reliable source that the business is dead, given Racing network's model was never likely to make money and the margins on a casino business are going to be around 4% if you look at ladbrokes, Sportingbet et el (and thats with a recognised brand) I would say this company is trading insolvently.

Good Morning all. RBonnier. I called the company yesterday and got no comment to every question.

Two questions I would have liked the answer too, were, are the directors still drawing a salary and is the company running any part of the business still or has it stopped trading altogether. Anyone know.

Infamous Academy I do have a bit of information.I joined a discussion group on gin a month ago where I received around 2 dozen e mails from members of gbm staff.One member of staff claimed to be owed a lot of money in wages and was confident they would be paid as gin still has all the cash!
Everyone was ditched including some angry punters owed money.Apparently ex gbm staff think the whole matter extremely unfair as they know Mr Sanderson Mr David Sanderson still has all the cash and they are hoping he doesnt do anything silly with it so they all get paid.
Looks like this charade may continue for quite some time yet as David is obviously hoping that someone buys gbm from the receivers taking on all liabilities allowing gin to relist with the cash from the recent placings.

It looks to me as if they are in talks with interested parties to sell the remaining bits off.eg Racing Network to Newcote International.
Zap casino to another internet firm.I dont think it would take this long to get an answer on funding.For these assets we may get around 1p a share cash but dont hold your breath.
