What we need is a breakdown of where all the money has gone, if the company has failed for commercial reasons then thats fair enough. If the money has dissapered into secret business enterprises(someone`s bank account);then we want to know so that these directors get barred.

James, if Andrew Regan was indeed involved would that have any impact on GIN and its future (which may now be very short)?

Was he allowed to be a shareholder?

I was curious to know if you were a supplier to GIN or if you are a shareholder, and why you have volunteered this information after the suspension rather than before?

Did GBM ever make any decent revenues at all in it's short life?

You may be interested to know that the Gaming Insight directors were in Court on the 4th June last (in their capacity as Directors of the GoBarkingMad Ltd subsidiary) on the hearing of a petition (2724 /2003) to wind up GoBarkingMad Ltd for Non Payment of the following debts:-

£167,392.00 SKY CHANNEL PTY AUSTRALIA
£417,190.28 TELECINE LTD UK
£100,000.00 GLOBECAST
among others

They are back in Court next week on the hearing of the adjourned petition

This may be the real reason for the share suspension, i.e. they can't pay and GBM has to go under.

I understand that there is quite an interesting story which includes the way GBM did a "midnight runner" from its Charlotte Street TV studio leaving the debt of £417,000 odd and about the involvement of disgraced former barrister David Lyons (the Andrew Regan sidekick who was censured in the CWS affair). Lyons and Regan are probably shadow directors of Gobarkingmad and / or Gaming Insight.

If you have any genuine questions for me you can voice them here and I will respond.

Is there a Shareholders Action Group or similar? I would be interested in joining such. I have large amounts of information pertaining to the personalities, finances, and history of Gaming Insight and GBM. I am sure that if we all got together we would have enough evidence to present to the appropriate regulatory authorities.

Just read on 3i gbm now closed including the phones zapcasino.com business as usual got a feeling this isnt over.This company to 30/6 last year had turnover of 7.5m most of which had to come from the zapcasino could gin be refinancing to operate this profitable part of the company after trashing gbm or giving it away.I remember last year gin were to sell all operations to concentrate on gbm good job they didnt otherwise this would be over.

It carries Victors name Victor sold out to Newcote a while back.Still no news I see,they will have been in refinancing crisis talks for a while I would have thought they wont just have started yesterday the fact this isnt at the receivers may be a good sign.Getting anything back will depend on what value potential buyers see in gbm and the zap casino.If they think they will be able to buy gbm at the receivers for a few grand were knacked but if they think its worth a couple of million we might get an offer of around 0.75p say.
One things for sure gin cant afford to run gbm even if it does survive and with gbm now down both web site and 414 punters with money in their accounts cant access it.

Come on folks! Nothing to do with AIM. This was always a VERY long shot. Ladbrokes already offers live videocam greyhound racing (on its website) from a number of major London tracks, including Walthamstow. Gambling is very competitive and the big boys were never going to allow this upstart an easy ride.

rhiannon you could be right if theres no receivers this week then theres hope something is going to come of this.It has a partner Newcote International and a profitable casino business the banks may refinance but just dont hold your breath but it is possible.
