Well 1 month on and nothing although I would have thought that if this was receiver bound it would already be there by now.
Await the next exciting episode of this fiasco to unfold probably next year at this rate!

We can never rule the receivers out although that is not looking very likely now. Therefore any deal done will have to involve the shareholders what that is is unlikely to be in our favour.Possibilities include a sale of the remaining group or a further placing. What remains strange though is wheres all the money coming from to pay the directors wages and to keep the rest of the group in business casino operations are business as usual - I thought they had run out of cash!

Very interesting article today in the racing post giving the story of gbm. From the reading I gather gbm is at the receivers along with the huge debts it mounted and also the punters money owed to them!
So gin now has nothing to do with gbm the debts or all the money it owes to the clients accounts.
It says that operators are looking to launch a live greyhound interactive channel gbm would fit the bill but due to the huge debts mounted by the previous operator this would prove a large obstacle.

Its not looking good folks Nigel has just joined David at Charing Cross with a Guitar!
Apparently there was utter panic at the station this morning as a pack of greyhounds chased commuters around the platform commenting David said dam we always knew those dogs would turn up one day but I cant comment further as I need to carry on busking at the minute me and Nigel cant afford the dog food!

Echoing my thoughts entirely.AIM is bad news, as also is advice from Hoodless Brennan. From now on I will buy proper paper.

Exactly wally123 as it happens here I dont think this will go bust the directors would have sent gbm and the whole group to the receivers this week if it was,no doubt they will get relisted at around 0.3p so the directors get to keep their big salaries and we end up shafted with worthless shares. This is why i have my doubts over asc and admit to selling half my holding last week with a view to holding no aim stocks ever again oh I forgot Ill be holding this hoping for 1p again until doomsday!!

i don't i'm afraid.

but if GBM was held out to be even a moderately important operating co to GIN then i don't see how a winding up petition could have escaped an RNS?

and what of regan?
