Broker MacQuarrie are providing all of that for S32 with a forecast of 7 dollars OZ = £3.97.

"In a recent note, the broker raised its price target by 32% to $7 per share. It noted South is set to produce mammoth free cash flow yields on the back of record commodity prices."

a weird today as S32 here is now well ahead of closing price in OZ ! It does sometimes trade a bit over OZ close lately but not by as much as this . It is now $5.22 equivalent and closed at $5.02 in oz after closing auction and $5 before auction. So I will now short it and hope to cash in before the close today :) . a very good risk/reward ratio although it could come unstuck. Nice weekend all .

no overhead resistance in charting parlance . But gad a bad day on tuesday and hoping
it bounces 6 or 7 cents in OZ tonight although US markets had a bad day .

Been holding since it was spun out of BHP and have been accumulating on the cheap since. A great share! But it's a low yielder and since my average price was £1.29 I just couldn't resist the £3.025 on offer, so took my profits.
If past form is anything to go by it will no doubt hit £4 fairly soon. Good luck to all!

should be a NOR situation after monday trading in OZ and mining stocks are all the rage . Enjoy the ride folks and a pity IG charges 0.35% commission with CFD on ths one dam them . So I usually trade it on aussie market . nice weekend all

nice recovery today following on from S32 in OZ and went about 12 cents ahead of aussie close earlier on - fallen back sadly ./

looks like the party is over for S32 for time being and share price usually drops more than tbe
dividend when it goes ex div tomorrow not helped by the big 30% USA withholding tax !
The share price normally drops at double the rate of the dividend on aussie market and UK follows aussie price of course - quite irritating .

The South32 share price was on form and charged 11.9% higher over the period. Once again, this appears to have been driven by rising commodity prices. The aluminium price charged higher last week along with a number of other commodities that South32 has exposure to. In addition, last week Goldman Sachs retained its conviction buy rating and lifted its price target to $5.60. The South32 share price ended the week at $5.17.

Still uptrending in OZ but might dip today with market knocked by the Ukrainian situation- wish someone would bump off the mafia thug, Putin !

No, you do not pay stamp duty. I have just checked my last contract note when I bought S32, and only commission was paid.

S32 in UK still doing it's own thing and trading well above aussie close ! hard to know why but it really is dependant on what happens in OZ I still think . might be a good day short at 205 level !

amazing that in last 2 days S32 in UK has become lead market and at the moment trading at 222 and well above closing OZ price of 216.4 . Similar situation yesterday and I can not figure out why . nice looking chart and more to go I reckon

struggled again today after market not impressed with results I suppose . base metals hit after oz close and expect a down day for mining stocks on friday
