ArjaS32 is good hedge against other mining stock as it held well yesterday which could work as arbitrage in uk market I.e sell s32 n buy say glen going from yesterday price event

so are you trading by actually buying the physical shares ? I only use CFDs or a spreadbet as I mentioned and get none of that hassle you have , I also have level 2 and DMA and can take part in the auctions .
S32 doing well but I was out and missed the move higher . Punters must think it will rally in OZ tonight .

yes , it is tricky and of course this algorithmic trading makes it worse for small punter . I did qute a good trade and got out on spike to 153 yesterday - after taht it drifted down and did not recover . missed a good trade this morning but made a bit using a spreadbet . it close at about 151.75p in oz and was one of the few stocks to close UNCHANGED at 262 ! might be a good omen but minibng stocks hammered again in oz

ArjaSold out in the morning rally @152.5.I had to try several times to get quote. Very frustrating. Market looks to be manipulated.Waiting now for downside

getting a bit harder to trade this stock as minibng stocks being hammered again . But it closed in OZ at 152.1p equiv and hoping to get in today at about 148.5p level as that gives margin for error . doubt it will go that low but who knows !!

not really Action as I should have sold the lot ! ( smile ) i do not understand your question about CFds . if you mean which firm do I use , it is IG markets and I think
it is about the only one which offers DMA .

I see . so you are not looking to day trade it . I did just buy with a CFD at 150.25 and sold half at 151.50 ! mining stock now slipping but S32 sometimes does it's own thing .

wow , someone on this thread . Yes, sometimes it is difficult to get set in opening auction as peanuts on either side until it settles . Good luck with it and you should be ok - closed at 150.40 in OZ but recently it trades a little higher here at some point in the day as the punters expect an up day in oz next working day . The mood of market in mining stocks plays a part too.

I sold out most of mine today, been a nice ride 45p to 161 in a very short space of time, todays results did not seem like they were capitalizing on the higher met coal pricing at all, I am happy to take a nice profit and follow for now ....

again it has gone ahead of price at OZ close and this stock is exceptional and divorced from other mining stocks . even bigger volume here than used to be the case I think .

but the chart tells the story and good for just trading with CFds or sreadbets if not wanting to hold stock . looks like it will egt to about 240 in oz .

Well I'm out now, it's so out of kilter with the other miners. Trebling of share price this yr is too good. GL to those remaining but for me the risk is too great
