D, I am in a similar position as you. I have practically lost all confidence in the directors to deliver anything good here. They should be working out of a broom cupboard in Ongar, not fancy air conditioned offices in Jermyn Street. They continue to spend our money and make no announcements.

Odds are the 1.91p trade was a buy then Gary, you can disregard what advfn says as their buy/sell category are based on a computer knowing the mid-price and disregarding reality.(New traders often take trades in the buy column as buys and ones in the sell column as sells when infact this may be true in the majority of cases its not true in all cases).

Well got quoted online 1.91p to sell 100k this morning. Not that it really matters!

Not so sure Gary as you can seldom sell SCR for much more than the actual bid but you can often buy it at well below the offer (even below the mid) so 1.91p is possibly a buy.Jay your 2.5 should read 2.25.

drop back to 1.75/2 just reflects reality behind 1.75/2.5

1 sell at 1.8 and 1 buy at 1.91p

could do with an update here

If GGG give us good news on Nimu in Tibet then it may well reflect positively here.
SCR may already be of interest to some closer to GGG than myself.
I doubt SCR is about to go belly side up!

Takes something for me to admit that!!

SCR finally bouncing off its lows.Pity very few folk interested anymore.Maybe we will hear something positive on Zhunuo or Xian or a director will buy.I fear it will take a good news RNS to get sentiment to change and the share price to really move northwards. This is a start though.

If everyone puts some loose change in here( i mean all those who were once so fondly attatched here, although very few are now following this, and based on regularity of positive news, rightly so! ;-( we may get a sizeable rise, based on those three piddly buys today!

Blank verse Wolls!
I do not feel that poetic just now.
Several of my other squashed shares are being revived and improving.
Not surprised this has also reflated.
Jury is still out as to whether we are in a lift the can be reversed or just caught in a temporary updraught? A few days of blues from the other side of the pond is needed.

They let it get down to the spluttering wick f6.
Maybe it is just the bottom of the mineshaft?
Still in the other Chinese one doesn't dare mention.
Maybe put a bit of profit from it in here in a week or two? Maybe?
I need the luck I had here to escape several other punctured dreams elsewhere now.
Tentatively confident. We all need to have a bit of luck now!
Watch out for the cheap second pair con at Visionexpress now!

sentiment......possible credit crunch followed by world wide recession and less demand for raw materials.....worse case scenario .....(as SCR produce zilch its just sentiment)

Wols, would agree and it is a lot more fun.I always enjoy reading your well reasoned posts, why do you think the small oils and miners have taken such battering this week,as not many use debt for funding and are well removed from this sub prime thing.Anyone else with views on this.

I guess it depends on your preference for a quick death or a long painful tortureous death !!!

FWIW I've had both and prefer the long painful as over the months you can put it into perspective...a quick overnight loss is a shock to the system !!
