There is a willing buyer out there, all the sold stock being hovered up this pm. MM's will push this up tomorrow to ff the last of todays stock then rinse repeat.

I'm not so sure someone wants the share price lower as much as no one clearly has the conviction that it's going higher, which is more concerning. Like most investor forums this seems pretty pointless in this environment. All the bulls are quiet sitting there with everything crossed. What's that worth? Nothing. The complete void of any comms from Graham / team is most telling. I'd imagine the share price is now 2-2.5x away from where they'd thought it would be after the funding RNSs. It looks to me like that fell through perhaps and they're trying to come up with an alternative.

Someone wants the share price lower. Watching and waiting. FYI......the terms zombie, is interesting, dead but still alive.However, not many dead companies still build infrastructure, which takes money.

I ask again telbap, do you ever try to get responses out of the company? Have you asked them why the now over 3 week delay past the exclusivity funding deadline? Why the lng tank isn't installed yet? Why they seem to have been selective with the truth around future funding? They won't and don't respond. They know they've been caught again feeding carp to their investors and are morally weak in terms of character. There is hardly any buying and a continued size seller just depressing the share price day after day with no end in sight. At £20m ish mcap now all the unjustified and utterly unrealistic crowing by investors about the untapped value in this business means nothing. At £21m there's little net value seen and HUGE risks for equity holders. That comes straight back to the door of the absent and self serving management team as is always the case here. No progress, no revenue, no cash flow, means no value. Simple as that.

It keeps on falling telbap. 1.15p this morning. Are you able to get a response from the company? I email them my concerns & questions and get stonewalled. They don't seem to appreciate a critical eye or queries. In my view it's a sign of extreme weakness in character and of the company's situation. They can't deliver. The company is now worth less than £21m mcap!! Extreme negativity in SH sentiment.

No interest in another deadbeat company telbap. Value to be assigned to SHs when all is done here will be very minimal. So much more dilution to follow. The silence from this lot must be deafening. The sound of them taking the p!ss and bs ing shareholders with another fictional deadline. GL = JP in my book, just the same method

That's the sort of BS that Sound management have dished out to shareholders year-in year-out just before they dilute with yet another fund raise!

They had £3.9m of cash as at 31 Dec 2022, as revealed in the accounts:



Those same accounts also include:

"As at 31 March 2023, the Group's cash balance was £2.6 million (including approximately £2.0 million held as collateral for a bank guarantee against licence commitments). The Directors have reviewed the Company's cash flow forecasts for the next 12-month period to May 2024. The Company's forecasts and projections indicate that, to fulfil its other obligations, the Company will require additional funding. [my bold]

So to repeat:

The issue is that they obviously need to raise funds. ...

... because it says so in the accounts.

It's a new thing! Slightly concerned that yet again zero trades almost 2 hours in. We sit, we wait. Compared to Lions gold, now Tally, this it's a walk in the park! read it up about them and weep for me!About £5k in that company, I am now doubting it will ever get back to market.

I have to say that the overwhelming majority of people (and some pretty savvy individuals in there) at the AGM we're happy with the way things were moving on and that was before the bank funding was was announced. Activity at site tells me this is still moving. It's probably the only sound HO can send us semaphore that there is activity happening, things are moving forward.

We'll see telbap. Regardless, I'd say there is a huge amount of market scepticism about whether GL can actually save this company, and specifically it's SH (not the same thing of course). Continued BS ing shareholders with unrealistic deadlines time after time isn't helping the cause.
