so, for those who did not get a chance to read my post from yesterday as it got deleted, form information i have heard from various sources - do not part with your hard earned cash where parsons is involved

mary hood was bullied out of sound energy
james parsons bullied other employees into following his course of actions
sarah dees is in big breach of whatever rules govern investor relations by following parsons and not releasing news in a timely fashion, with possible insider dealing lawsuits
sound employees are starting to whistleblow parsons and the lot of them need to be worried about legal action as a result
it is now clear why sound hired the services of a full time corporate lawyer in their sevenoak office

now, for those who love parsons and his associates, treat this as my truthfulopinion following what has been said so far by reliable sources.
so you cannot label this as defamtory or libel or whatever other nonsense in attempts to show your love for parsons. as for the board puppets such as crudehope and others who were involved, they will also get investigated fully

In the light of further information🤔

I withdraw any suggestion that Mr Seghiri was involved with any of the machinations of the previous BoD and executives (apart from being aware of but unable to act on certain procedures adopted due to his position with OGIF)

I will continue to pursue the others named👨‍;⚖️\03;👮‍♂️ԍ54;🔜

I stress that I have not been forced into publishing this post, but have written it in the interests of fairness.

I am in the process of verifying information coming in on a daily basis, and will e mail SAG members once this has been completed- it has to be done right not at speed.

i have information that 🤥parsons9317;employed bully boy tactics to ensure no bad news was ever portrayed in it's entirety - and for that 🤥sarah dees🤥 will soon be in a lot of bother👨̴5;⚖️ as she was supposed to be the medium for proper information flow between corporate entity and the owners of said corporate entity - the shareholders.

sound energy employees (cannot disclose the number) have decided to whistleblow so watch this space - all beginning to make sense why a small company who was trading insolvent decided to employ the services of a full time corporate lawyer in their office

He is complicit in AIM deceit. Not just in SOU but multiple instruments, though some related to SOU through shared management and stakes.

Do not forget "Malcy" or Malcolm Graham-Wood has pumped every share Parsons and Fumagalli have ever been involved with, has been on every investor trip, attended every shareholder jolly throughout the country and abroad, and has now been rewarded with a non exec position on the BoD of this company.
Remember non execs are supposed to safeguard shareholder interests and keep the executive board members in check- ask yourselves whether this is a person you wish to be looking after your interests? (check his history: bucket lists, interviews, unsubstantiated figures quoted and unbridled optimism- look at Malcy on Sound,Echo,Coro

This position is a paid sinecure as a reward for previous help in1) peddling false information in the past 2) ramping during total share collapses 3) to keep quiet about what he knew and 4) to attempt to give him some deniability as a Company Director and protect his assets.

It will not work for him, nor Parsons,Fumagalli,Dennan,Mitchener,and Traynor, Mcauley,Kaintz,Dees, nor any other crook.
in the whole Parsons/Fumagalli Empire. (look them up) They are being chased legally and are beginning to feel the heat.

28514;I fully expect it through partnerships etc but I also realise that’s the pie is big enough to return reasonable shareholder value still. I’m a pretty good judge of character and will agree that 🤥Parsons9317;does not come across as someone I would trust🤣ԅ14;but it is my belief that Graham is a different animal and someone we can believe in and so much so I did top up below 2p admittedly.

As pointed out to you by myself and various other people several other times now, if the 20 Million bond is due MARCH 2021 but we are, at the very best case, generating cash by DEC 2021, how do you propose we service that debt?

Graham may say many things, just like 🤥James Parsons🤥, rather like his no dilution statement but talk is cheap🗣I , maybe like others, have nothing to go by in order to trust him.

I'd suggest you do some actual research on this company instead of waffling rubbish to others in order to 'sharetrade'123
