13/12/2022 09:06 | Where else can you buy into growth like this? And they've so far only captured a tiny percentage of the total addressable market. | someuwin
13/12/2022 08:43 | Couple of snippets from Today's Singer note... Share gains + scale economies driving profit growth H1 results are in line. Sales grew 72% and momentum has continued into the key selling period with record sales in Oct/Nov. Its agile, design-led, data-driven approach is delivering strong KPIs. Having been profitable in each of the last 12 months (ex. Aug), it has passed an important inflection point. Sosandar’s differentiated proposition is clearly resonating with shoppers and, with compelling LTV metrics and just c0.2% market share, the equity story is as strong as ever despite the tough backdrop. Forecasts are unchanged and we re-iterate Buy with a 45p target. ... Undemanding valuation Sosandar’s growing track record would ordinarily result in rating expansion, especially given the size of the opportunity ahead and potential for future scale benefits. In time, we see potential for EBITDA margins in the 10-15% range. Yet the stock has actually fallen by 30% this year. The stock now trades on 0.7x EV/sales to Mar’24, equating to 12x EV/EBITDA or a P/E of 16x. Given it already offers a compelling TSR of >100%, we leave our 12-month target price unchanged at 45p. However, this equates to a Mar’24 EV/sales multiple of 1.6x, rather than a 2-3x multiple which would be typical of a business in this exciting phase of its life cycle. The stock is therefore a buy." | someuwin
13/12/2022 08:04 | Great results. H2 looks nailed on. I'll explain a bit later this morning when I have time. | aleman
13/12/2022 08:03 | The ladies have done it again.... another set of great numbers, outperforming the competition on all fronts. I'm amazed it remains so cheap, but happy to continue to add whenever I have the opportunity. | bg23
13/12/2022 07:33 | Good results - No bad news in those numbers. But I'm intrigued to know how they are confident of PBT of 2.0m for year to March 2023 (just three months away) whilst doing just 0.1m for the half year? | someuwin

12/12/2022 10:52 | Nice. They are canny enough on cost management. Added more this morning. It appears to be a very well run company on the cusp of significant sales. | raleigh43
12/12/2022 10:41 | In Sosandar's Oct 18th Trading Update they reported they'd spent £3m on heavy coats & clothes from China and Turkey, saving up to £10-15 a coat by using ships/trucks rather than air freight. Given this winter's icy weather this looks to have been an excellent investment so results tomorrow should also have positive details on trading in the last 2 1/2 months. Hoping for 25p+ this week. | w13ken

30/11/2022 10:18 | Can only get a buy quote for 1500 shares. | someuwin
29/11/2022 15:47 | According to broker forecasts they are expected to break even, and make a small profit, although if we carry on raising interest rates and energy prices I can't see the Christmas period being that strong, but what do I know. DYOR | sdmbot
29/11/2022 14:32 | Thanks sdmbot. I have one more question, please. Is sosandar expected to report a profit in its next report, due out very soon? | azaman
29/11/2022 14:15 | "The Group is not at present exposed to cash flow interest rate risk on borrowings as it has no debt. No subsidiary company of the Group is permitted to enter into any borrowing facility or lease agreement without the prior consent of the Company. 29/11/2022 13:51 | Does sosandar have any debt? | azaman
22/11/2022 07:48 | Sosandar have several building blocks to drive growth, despite the environment. One particularly notable one is the stock availability on the Next site, which has undergone a step change since adopting "Next Plus"....which enables Sosandar to fulfill orders from its own stock (held at Clipper) in addition to the curated range it sends to Next for them to fulfill. The number of Sosandar lines available on the next site on 10th November was 1235. This compares to only 326 at the same point last year when I checked on 4th Nov 21....so approaching 4* as many. Not only do we have that potential benefit of more "breadth" of range with more options, the depth will undoubtedly be better too...with better size availability and less fragmentation. | simso
21/11/2022 22:03 | Been trying to buy more SOS for 2 days with no success. | raleigh43
20/11/2022 11:29 | Just been reading through the Chancellor's Autumn Statement and noted that they have decided to shelve plans to introduce an Online Sales Tax ("OST"), an idea that had been put forward in the context of Business Rates reform, because of concerns about its complexity and the risk of creating unintended distortion or unfair outcomes between different business models. In the absence of any other SOS specific news, this might help explain the price rise on Friday. | thetrotsky
18/11/2022 15:02 | Poked its nose above the 200-day average for the first time in 9 months. Can it hold above? Still over 3 weeks to results. | aleman
18/11/2022 14:31 | Hopefully the fact that it still calls itself one of the fastest growing fashion brands is a bit of a hint as to the forthcoming update. | tom218
18/11/2022 12:31 | The force is strong with this one today! Haven't seen it tipped anywhere | someuwin
