12/7/2022 16:32 | I guess it's which camp you're in - the early bird gets the worm or the second mouse gets the cheese. Over the last 10 half years the GM has varied between 44 and 56%. Loses have been falling and were down to around £0.5m in H2. Over the last 3 halves GM has risen by $4m / yr rate and admin by £2m /yr. Using a 50% GM for simplicity if you need a share price of 15* profit they'd need to add another £16m sales on top of the present £29m. They were at £12m the previous year so £45m could be possible, who knows? The present share price is factoring in future growth as they're still loss making so do you want a juicy worm now or possibly a smaller piece of cheese later? | ![]() serratia
12/7/2022 15:21 | Very good presentation. Does anyone have a feel for a stable operating profit margin, what are people's expectations? Also why are they spending time on looking at international expansion if by their own numbers they have currently 250k users and 20M potentials, then they are probably addressing around 1.5% of the potential market, why bother with working out new logistic channels, translating web sites, channeling marketing spend and effort into new unproven markets, are the margins better, is there some kind of compelling reason? Does anyone have informed opinion on this? Cheers | ![]() sdmbot
12/7/2022 14:50 | strangest reaction I've seen to results in a long time. Not moving either way. Flat lined. Very strange.... | ![]() babbler
12/7/2022 14:43 | bg23, I agree on the metrics. The CEOs have a good grasp of data analytics and make the most of it. | ![]() w13ken
12/7/2022 13:47 | very solid results and a very capable presentation. impressed by the management and their grasp of the business and its metrics. Excited by their measured ambition for the company. happy to add when able and happy to hold. Surprised we're getting the chance to invest at this valuation? | ![]() bg23
12/7/2022 12:51 | That was a really strong and positive presentation on piworld today. I've topped up and I'm confident that we'll see a turnaround this year as we've just had nine consecutive months of profits. Interesting to hear that they negotiated hard with their partners so that Sosandar clothing would be shown in their preferred Lifestyle setting rather than just shot against a white background. Compare Sosandar clothes photos and others at M&S: The marketing and magazine editing backgrounds and expertise of the joint-CEOs is giving them clout well beyond the norm of a £42m company. | ![]() w13ken
12/7/2022 12:38 | surely they'd have sold "into strength" at 30p | ![]() babbler
12/7/2022 12:28 | Maybe it's someone who got in at well south of 10P and figures it's a good idea to sell into strength (isn't that what they say you should do)? | ![]() laughton

12/7/2022 11:58 | Peel Hunt must have a huge seller, to be sitting on the offer all morning with the amount of buying going on here, both yesterday and more so today!! Shame.... and very disappointing! This would be mid 20's by now otherwise, IMO! | ![]() dancing piranha

12/7/2022 08:46 | No consumer discretionary stock is cheap at present given the unparalleled outlook re. energy prices. This will be a great buy when the outlook changes, however it's much too early at present. | ![]() 74tom
12/7/2022 08:08 | I've been waiting a long time to buy some but have been wondering where they'd eventually fall back to. It's simply astonishing that you can buy SOS shares for under 20p after results like that. The stockmarket is broken. And, yes, I have bought some. | ![]() aleman
12/7/2022 07:45 | Absolutely fantastic results and given the forecast numbers, P/E is in the 20s, which is low for such demonstrable and continued growth. | ![]() drdre
12/7/2022 07:44 | One of these days this share will respond to brilliant results by going up and staying there. | ![]() danieldruff2
12/7/2022 07:33 | "CO-CEO'S STATEMENT A brilliant year FY22 has been a brilliant year for Sosandar. We have successfully grown sales by 142% year on year and, importantly, moved into profitability in the second half. A result which is even more remarkable when set against a backdrop of pandemic restrictions as well as the challenges of a worldwide supply chain crisis and substantial inflation. All our KPIs are positive year-on-year, and the forward momentum which can be felt throughout the business gives us cause for great excitement..." | ![]() someuwin
