Wow. I've held these for a while, but that's by far the most positive update the company has ever put out.

H1 sales beat last years FY total sales!

At the last results there was mention of 1 month being ebitda positive post the results being presented. Based on this update, I'd expect to hear its not long before we get ebitda positive quarters.

A very exciting little company and glad I added at 25p this week.

Look at the growth in Full Year revenues.

Now reported Half Year revenue of £12.2. (With record revenue last month)

Could easily do £30m+ this year!

That is a fantastic update. No supply chain or stock issues.

"Sosandar has not experienced any material impact from supply chain disruption, maintaining a constant flow of stock to meet customer demand. The Company is well stocked for the autumn season across both its own site and third parties and has good visibility of incoming goods. As the Company scales and increases its order quantities it has seen margin growth, which has offset the small degree of upwards pressure experienced on supply chain costs. Sosandar remains mindful of the wider market disruption, is constantly reviewing the situation and will take mitigating actions as appropriate.

Despite the external pressures, with a strong first half and a record start to autumn trading the outlook for Sosandar is very positive. The Board therefore expects results for the full year to be in line with market expectations."

Worth reading those KPIS

-- Revenue of GBP12.2 million, a 184% increase against
the same period in the prior year, and more than was
generated in the entirety of FY21

-- A record revenue month in September as demand accelerated
for new season product

-- Trading with third parties stepped up every month
through the period, with September a new record
-- Continued improvement in EBITDA loss

-- Continued success recruiting new customers and engaging
with the existing base:
* Website visits up 67% to over six million

* Active customers up 41% since March, representing the
addition of 56,000

* Repeat buyer order frequency up 14% to 3.85 times

* Conversion rate increased to 3.91% (H1 FY21: 2.58%)
-- Gross margin up to 56.5% (H1 FY21: 52.3%) reflecting
a higher proportion of full price sales compared with
the comparative period which was impacted by actions
taken as a consequence of Covid-19

-- Net cash at GBP7.3m (20 June 2021: GBP9.1m) reflecting
the execution of the plan outlined following the fund
raise in May 2021 to increase inventory in order to
meet growing demand from all customers including third
parties

“why is TV ad spend not being included in Gross Margin“

Because brand marketing isn’t a direct cost of sale…

Why no quantification of cost of customer acquisition

Why not tell us what the EBITDA loss is

why is TV ad spend not being included in Gross Margin

That's not how it's works - M&S do all the handing , hold stock process returns etc - it's not a dropship

I follow the sales ... and the sos magazine items sell out very quickly, and M+s items also appear to go well. Ive done well on PFC and GKP, So tempted to top up, but a sensible idea is to just wait for the TU and not make any rash decisions

Strange how all the posts arrive on one day.. however there has been some bigger volume over the past 2 days, Most of it selling with a TU due any time .. will have to wait and see.. inside selling or foolish buy high sell low AIM Idiots.

I have used SOS and its a very smooth process, only this week and return are processed well - I'm looking for turnover £12mil+ for H1 - Marks seems to be the one going well SOS is well featured and they donr have as many 3rd line as Next.

Jury is out, but my wife love its, and so do all her mates so that at least 10 new customers :)

I was thinking of adding but the early door drop made me think twice, which it shouldnt but this is the AIM - hmmmm!

Ah what a fool.Yeah TV ads cost money but they drive demand and sales. Why do you think companies do advertising???And you post a review about the last mile delivery (warehouse to home) where there are no capacity shortages.
