04/12/2023 08:47 | Any insights welcome though tsmith2 ;)Looks a mess to many right here though especially after the recent profits warning etc. Siemens was basically one of their largest shareholders at 11%+ of all Sondrel shares & an insider. For them to completely dump ALL its holdings at a MASSIVE loss by tomorrow close at 6p or less is not a good sign at all I suggest. Cash burn though & terrible cash management seems the most critical problem right now though. | source
04/12/2023 08:37 | Another total dog of a share quoted by Midas as the future along with Velocys and Enslica.Velocys and this about to go bust and Sondrel in no man's land. | stoopid
04/12/2023 08:36 | v difficult to buy any meaningful amount of stock | tsmith2
04/12/2023 08:36 | I'll let you do your own research | tsmith2
04/12/2023 08:19 | If it doesn't run out of cash first! Last published cash balance was £100k!!! Down from £20m from its IPO Just last year! It burns money FAST!It may dilute massively first!? Also why would anyone buy it above 6p when Siemens still have millions of shares to sell by tomorrow deadline at 6p!??Hard to trust the management here given the MASSIVE value destruction they've caused since listing... | source
04/12/2023 07:47 | Valuation Sondrel's valuation looks extremely compelling now that it trades on an FY2 EV/Sales of just 0.2x compared to UK semiconductor peers on 1.9x. We reiterate our 1-year price target of 74p which is just shy of the highs struck earlier in the year and represents an almost 10x return from current levels. note out from cavendish today | tsmith2
02/12/2023 14:55 | History has proven you can't really trust this management team & its RNS's recently prove that. Even this one states Siemens selling out ALL of its shareholdings at fire sale prices "..does not impact their operations or commercial relationships.."Yet in the same RNS it says Siemens are (or was!?) a customer of IP & EDA (quote below:-"...IP vendors (such as Synopsys, Siemens, Arm and Arteris) and EDA vendors (such as Synopsys and Siemens)...."There's no way this is positive so soon after listing! Also don't they have only £100k cash left. They're likely going to dilute everyone massively from here too!!! Disaster of a company! | source
01/12/2023 15:45 | The disposal by Siemens has no impact on Sondrel's operations or commercial relationships. Sondrel maintains strong relationships with its various industry partners including foundries (such as TSMC, GlobalFoundries and Samsung), OSAT organisations (such as Synergie-CAD, Amkor and ASE), IP vendors (such as Synopsys, Siemens, Arm and Arteris) and EDA vendors (such as Synopsys and Siemens). The Group has increasingly been implementing newer technology from partners like Synopsys and this technology is at the forefront of many of the Group's existing and potential ASIC project delivery. In particular, Sondrel's strong commercial relationship with Synopsys is creating new opportunities for the Group. | tsmith2
01/12/2023 12:24 | Bad product maybe the problem? Also customers here delaying orders again suggests something deeper is wrong here. | source
01/12/2023 12:16 | I was out at 20p which was painful but I have concerns that they can't afford a sales operation in California which doesn't deliver sales. | gopher
01/12/2023 11:17 | If Siemens are in the market selling out their large share stake for 6p here as Sondrel runs out of cash then it should trade significantly below 6p in the coming months. This ipo should be investigated as it's clearly stitched up many shareholders & management seems incredibly shifty & try to be too smart for their own good. Their comma & RNS's lack any honesty /clarity imo. | source
01/12/2023 11:16 | the placing was of 9.8m shares - volume is around 19m.. | tsmith2
01/12/2023 11:12 | It'll be interesting to see who has picked them up | tsmith2
01/12/2023 11:07 | each to there own.. | tsmith2
01/12/2023 10:56 | Well - whatever the case, I must admit it looks like a very interesting company that has the potential to mutibag - I'm in - But also very weary of the cash situation - | tomboyb
01/12/2023 10:54 | Yes because the company, management and employees all sit around all day doing b*gger all and there's no other work to be won, billed for etc | tsmith2
01/12/2023 10:49 | tsmith any new milestones? - that £2.5mill was in Sept so on fumes by now??? - | tomboyb
01/12/2023 10:44 | Looking further they do need additional monies from other milestones - Judging by the float which raised £20million, they've burnt through the entire lot in a year - I suspect the £2.5mill represents around 6 weeks worth in addition to the £100k - They will have to raise soon if no further orders / milestones - I know nothing of this company - | tomboyb
01/12/2023 10:36 | My apologises - I missed that last bit - I've acquired a few more - | tomboyb
01/12/2023 10:33 | Have bought in a meaningful way.thank you Siemens | tsmith2
01/12/2023 10:33 | Interims announced in September Receivables increased by 3.4 million due the amalgamation of project milestones for receipts, which were not triggered until after the period end. One milestone receipt of GBP2.5 million was received post the period end.Since then they've also has a production orderso you can stop with the bullsh*t.. | tsmith2
01/12/2023 10:31 | Maybe bit of a boo boo - Balance sheet looks wrecked - No cash left in the business - Source is correct. Lets see the bid - | tomboyb
01/12/2023 10:29 | Siemens are not in the business of holding listed investments, they've been shafted by Peel Hunt. Who have very probably got a stinking buy for their clients who they found. | tsmith2
01/12/2023 10:28 | Just looked at financials - £100k left in September?? - | tomboyb
01/12/2023 10:19 | in for a £1 - | tomboyb |
