Yes. I'm always impressed with jack's frankness. It's a great business which dominates its category & delivers strong cash flow. Nevertheless its short term future clearly hampered by poor , consistent availability of concrete & recent npd not ( yet) setting the world on fire. Also Jack retiring this year. I do wonder how much effort this US based company puts into stimulating UK based shares...and why we don't have a more optimal balance sheet( no debt). This keeps WACC high. With US interest rates set to fall wouldn't some debt lower WACC & drive up future dcf ? Still lots to like longer term & decent divis meantime.

There are not many companies making operating profits of about 10% the market cap.

The long term story on mechanised warehouses and data centres is there. I was expecting an uptick in US sales due to reshoring. Is this in the future, or maybe it's just not on the cards after all?
