Nevertheless its short term future clearly hampered by poor , consistent availability of concrete & recent npd not ( yet) setting the world on fire. Also Jack retiring this year. I do wonder how much effort this US based company puts into stimulating UK based shares...and why we don't have a more optimal balance sheet( no debt). This keeps WACC high. With US interest rates set to fall wouldn't some debt lower WACC & drive up future dcf ? Still lots to like longer term & decent divis meantime. | 1ups1de | |
